Bienvenue au Benihana, qui vous invite à vivre une expérience culinaire incomparable ! Vous serez assis en groupe autour d'un chef personnel maîtrisant l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Vous pourrez le voir trancher et émincer les aliments pour préparer des plats qui éblouiront vos yeux et raviront vos papilles, que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, un poulet tendre ou de délicieux fruits de mer. The food is always good here. But our reservation was at 7:15 and we weren’t done with dinner until 10pm. We waited over an hour for our chef to come. In that time another chef came and took our rice bowls and dipping bowls so when our chef came he didn’t have everything he needed and we didn’t get our sauces until after we started eating. We didn’t not get our tea and almost didn’t get our dessert. We did receive 20% off of our bill, but only after we said something to the staff multiple times. This is not the first time this has happened here. There seems to not be enough chefs and/or staff at this location.

We had a reservation at 6:45 was not seated until 715 and then after we were seated wewaited 30 minutes for service and another 20 minutes to place an order for food

The overall experience was great, it was a great place for kids to celebrate birthdays. It is pricey but hassle-free.

Started off great. Got seated as soon as we checked in. Waitress was very slow and hardly ever appeared. My husband’s meal was perfect. Mine was missing the sauce in the NAME avocado tartar; and they didn’t even put my daughter’s order in until we asked where it was after everyone was done eating and the waitress took after dinner tea orders. I asked for her dessert to be packed to go- chocolate ice cream. They brought vanilla and not packed. The chicken was so greasy her fingers were dripping wet. Will not be returning.

Good overall experience..my server was super cool. Noisy kid next to my table but other than that..all went well.

We had to wait more than an hour for our table. Then it was another 30 minutes before we got our beverages. I love the food at Benihana, but I wish you could figure out the reservations. I don’t mind waiting but last night was excessive.

We were seated half an hour past our reservation time and the service was extremely slow. However, the chef was good.

Service was extremely subpar. Food was acceptable, but still not as good as most hibachi places I frequent. Soup was really good, lobster was also very good. Chicken was not great and the steak was average. This was my first experience with the Benihana chain and I will most likely favor local hibachj places over this chain in the future. We were charged for things we didn’t order, and while the Edamame was very good, it came out halfway through the meal. Our drinks were empty almost the whole time, and I had to go find a manager to get our check after waiting 10 minutes for the server to even show back up. Will not be going back to this location for sure.

We waited for a table for 45 minutes past the reservation time. Once seated we were neglected and not offered any service at all. 65 minutes after our original reservation time we got up and left never even having a chance to order drinks.
