Bienvenue au Benihana, qui vous invite à vivre une expérience culinaire incomparable ! Vous serez assis en groupe autour d'un chef personnel maîtrisant l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Waited over 40 minutes for table. Never bought us soup or salad but still charged us for it. 23 minutes for drinks. Way understaffed. Food was okay but not great.

The last two times we went here they were way overbooked. It took them 50 minutes to seat us and then another 45 before a chef came to the table. The time before it was an hour to seat and two hours for the chef. The vents were not working so there was constant smoke surrounding us from grills. There was wall paper peeling off the wall. Why anyone goes here blows my mind. We only went because it was my daughter’s birthday. They’ve taken the chicken out of the fried rice and raised all their prices.

VERY expensive! Upcharge for fried rice…$7/person on top of an expensive meal to begin with. Service was super slow. $165 for LUNCH for 3 people. Insane

We went on a weekday at 2pm. There was only one other table that had two people. It took 1 hour to get water. They only had one person who was the host, server, and bartender. We had a reservation so this should’ve been prepared for. It’s sad because the staff tried their hardest, but management/scheduling is the downfall of this location. Do not waste your time or money.

Our service was horrendous. 15% discount because of waiters inability to serve soup and salad, bring us our drinks, provide forks. The cook was good, but seriously will NEVER go back. Entrees are $40 now, you are supposed to get 6 things, we didn’t get 3 of them.

Worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. We only received half of our meal, service was beyond slow, we had to constantly hunt down our server or go to the host stand for assistance. The cost was extreme for the awful time my family had to endure. Little to say we will not be returning. There are too many other better hibachi restaurants to waste time at Benihana moving forward.

This as the worst customer service experience I have ever had in any country, and I have travelled all over the world in my 72 years. I was repeatedly insulted by the manager. I need to speak to someone is customer service, the story is too long to type here. And if I do not hear, I will post publicly. My cell is 610-316-2295

I had a terrible experience there last night. They were very backed up at the door when we arrived. We don’t have to wait too long past our reservation time to be seated but the group that was seated with us had been waiting an hour. We were sat at a table that wasn’t completely set up. It took the server forever to come over to greet us. Once they did they asked us for drinks, apps and if we had any allergies. My two daughters both had a dairy allergy and one also had egg. We notice the menus we were given were not the usual ones but holiday ones. The bottom of those menus said the full menu was available upon request. We asked for the full menu as the holiday ones were limited and had the prices jacked waaaay up. We were denied the full menu. We had to ask for napkins and utensils after our apps arrived (which were bad). Then when the chef came out we reminded him of my daughter’s allergies. He said he would have to make one in the back because of the egg allergy which was fine. Then he continued to cook some of their food with butter and started to serve them that food. I had to ask him to remake it and then had to get up to ask a hostess to make sure they wouldn’t wait forever for their food. After all of that our bill was over $250 for two adults and two kids. Completely a rip off and I will not be returning.
