Bienvenue au Benihana, qui vous invite à vivre une expérience culinaire incomparable ! Vous serez assis en groupe autour d'un chef personnel maîtrisant l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Vous pourrez le voir trancher et émincer les aliments pour préparer des plats qui éblouiront vos yeux et raviront vos papilles, que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, un poulet tendre ou de délicieux fruits de mer. Walked in roughly at 4:25pm. Didn’t receive soup and app until 5:13pm. Keep in mind only half their tables had people at them. We told them it was our first time there and nothing was explained to us. We ordered the 6 course meals. We did not receive mushrooms. As soon as our subpar presentation was complete, we were given the bill. My partner assumed they’d bring the green tea and dessert out after. However, while we waited, workers kept peeping over expecting us to leave but I refused. A lady came over saying “I’m just checking on you all” and I told her what we hadn’t received and requested our dessert to go. She sent out the green tea and after 6 minutes of not receiving the dessert, we were fed up and left. After spending $155 for 2 people(including tip), waiting almost an hour before being served anything, and freezing majority of our meal, you’d think the least we’d get is ice cream in a cup. Do not recommend. This “experience” was not worth the time or price.

Disappointing. Food was mediocre at best. Steaks need seasoning. Ordered a glass of wine before starting and it didn't arrive until the entree was served. Won't be back.

We love Benihana's in Plymouth Meeting. Both floor managers were great as well as our surver and cook. The service at Benihana's in Plymouth Meeting fell off right after COVID but it is comming back strong. Thanks

We celebrated my nephew’s 12th birthday and he loved the experience. The staff was great and our chef MD was amazing! Our server was awesome as well. I’ll be a returning customer, for sure!

We were a party of 9, two families with kids. The overall experience was good but it took long for the waiter to take our order and the waiter did not explain well all the options we had to choose. The food was tasty, the show was nice but the dessert was poor

The food was very good and so was the service besides the following. A man who was visibly intoxicated. came and sat with a couple and started eating some food from the man's plate and then being pushy about us drinking saki. He knew the couple but not any of us. He was reaching over the table. It wasn't like he was sitting on the end where there was a seat. I felt that the staff should have stopped him from engaging in that behavior. I've been to Benihannas many times and never was I deated with people with a little manners. I don't go out to be around ill-mannered people.

We visited Benihana’s to celebrate a birthday. Our waiter, Andrew was the best. He was kind, prompt, knowledgeable about the food. The food was tasty with generous portions. My family loves dining at Benihana, we will return soon. Joyce

This was my second time visiting this location. I chose this restaurant for the experience. I had zero complaints on the first visit. The latest visit, where do I start? I had a 6:30 reservation for a party of 9, we arrived on time and were checked in. We were not seated until after 7 pm. No one acknowledged the long wait or that we are still waiting to get a table for you. The restaurant did not appear overly crowded. Here are the problems: soda was flat (sprite) No kid-friendly cups, (we had 4 under the age of 10 dining with us). The chef miscounted the number of zucchinis needed. White rice came out 20-30 minutes after the children started eating. The chef served them fried rice which was kind of him. The men's bathroom was terrible per my spouse. The only food that we ate together was the soup and salad. The other entrees were completed one at a time. I would have preferred the kids to have their meals first. The adults could have waited. Overall, this will be my last time dining at this establishment.
