From the minute we walked into the door we all felt welcome. Our host was excellent, our chef was excellent and the birthday song was great! Loved our visit. Thank you

Even tho we had a reservation for 7:30, we were seated at 8pm and our chef didn't come to our table until 9pm. We were told they were understaffed, but then we learned that due to not many reservations earlier, they sent people home to then reservation spike up, and they only had 2 chefs. First time that happened to us. Our waiter was amazing, the chef was entertaining, and food was done quickly.

Unfortunately we had to wait for 30 mins to get drinks, which were incorrect, we then waited another 45 for the chef to arrive. We did have a reservation and one in our part was 15 late but we sat at 7:45 and started eating around 9pm. The food was good and our server did a great job, as well as the chef but we were not taken care of before our server arrived. The manager did come after we were sat for a bit but really we just waited and waited and did not feel taken care of.

Not the food or the service I would expect for the amount of money we spent. We have been to this location once before and it was great. This time we went with our family of 6 to celebrate our sons birthday and it was very disappointing. Dine at your own risk.

Usually a good time at Hibachi but our food didn’t taste too great this time, there was no seasoning at all! Our server kept going MIA and that was annoying, she never refilled our water, we had dirty dishes that sat and we had to ask the hostess to find her for boxes and our check. Such horrible service so I will be taking a break from Benihana!
