We always have a great time at Benihanas but today the table we sat at had a malfunctioning vent so all of the smoke from the grill blew straight in our faces. It was awful because it made us cough a lot and it did put a damper on dinner! However, our chef Carlos was amazing!!!We will definitely return, but I hope they get the vents fixed.

First time in years we have been seated at our reservation time! And the restaurant was packed! We were in and out in 1.5 hrs. This is also a first! We will only come to this location going forward.

We did not receive what we specifically order for purposes of getting the filet mignon with lobster. Gave us both New York stripe. The waitress said that was correct contrary to the menu. Also got all onions for the vegetable. Way over priced dinner and unfortunately seated with an unfriendly group. Will not be returning.

Making the reservation was a breeze. Once arriving at the restaurant and being seated, the waitress asked twice if we were celebrating anything special which I replied my son's birthday. I also noted it on the reservation. We watched them sing to 4 tables around us but they never came to ours. The food was okay. No one liked the noodles. They had a weird seasoning on them. My seafood was good.

We miss Chef Richard’s, but our Chef was also great and entertaining. I just remembered that I didn’t get any mushrooms. I saw them on the cart, but he didn’t cook them. I should have said something at the time. Not sure why he didn’t. FYi.

The server Dijon was ignorant, rude, not interested and took more than 25 mins to even take a drink order. The chef was also jobs worth, the food was horrible and the chef didn’t entertain at all nor did he cook the food properly. The beer was flat and the Appetizers were cold. No one attended to us for at least 20 mins after sitting down. The receptionist was awful in her tone and behaviour and the manager was the only one who was helped me with something I asked.

Waitress was extremely slow and not very personable. Scheduled a 7:30 reservation and didn't get seated until 7:50.
