Les convives sont installés en groupe autour d'une table commune, où leur chef personnel leur fera découvrir l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Voyez le chef couper, découper en dés préparant un repas qui vous en mettra plein la vue et les papilles gustatives, que vous choisissiez un steak qui vous mettra l'eau à la bouche, du poulet tendre ou de succulents fruits de mer. Confirmed reservation for 7:00pm. Didn’t get seated until 7:45. After talking with others around us that walked us, they were seated before us. One in which had a party the same size as us. The reservations were not seated priority at all. Due to the time delay, we had to skip another planned event.

Overall, a good experience. Food was good. Pet peeve, my family was still eating. Other diners had left. Wait staff began clearing the table and bringing out dishes for next set of diners. Very disrespectful and annoying to my family.

the waiting area is small at the location, if all party guests aren’t present at the time of event the host will make you wait with your large party in the way of the entrance.

We had a group of 5 -3 w bdays- and were joined by a nice couple who also had a birthday. So 4 out of 7 bdays. We were clearly there to celebrate which I noted on the reservation and the couple did also. Our waitress was dishelved from the start with giving yhe couple who’d already paid their bar tab an additional one without even allowing them to correct her. When taking our orders I make it clear as I do ever year come to celebrate our bdays. As little butter or oil on mine. The chef wasn’t aware of this shen he wheeled up s as Mf I had to repeat again even though he said he’d be added butter and oil to both. Every other visit it’s never been an issue. He clearly wasn’t happy to oblige. And every time we’ve been there’s anlways a little extra that he shares anmongst guest - there was nothing but what’s was served. Additionally and ridiculously there was no show. One shrimp toss into hat and lit hibachi on fire and moved across making Cho Cho with mouth. Then cleaned up. We lived in NYC for 15 yrs and the night before he was born we at at Benihana and loved it joked so much it’s a tradition and while the adults at the table were less didappointed they were not happy to see my sons unhappy…no volcano, no ketchup squirt, no jokes heck no interaction. He might as well been cooking in kitchen. If you’re no longer including the interaction -it’s only fair that you let us know. Your menus have changed and harder than to decipher so I’m only guessing as someone in legal there’s hidden language explaining this change or you’re no longer carrying insurance that allows you to interact and include customers what they’re are both coming in, paying for..and tipping for. Unacceptable.

Benihana never disappoints!! We went to lunch on Sunday for our sons birthday and the service, food and experience were fantastic. Chef Jojo went out of his way to make it fun for not only our son but all of us. Our server was so attentive and had refills before anyone asked for them. She checked in frequently and took pictures for us. All and all 10/10! We always enjoying dinning at this Benihana!

45 min wait with reservation. Chef didn’t say a single word to the table. Food was nothing special. Weill not be going back.
