No show from our hibachi grill cook.. no volcano or sake or egg juggling it took over 3 hours to get food and eat. Service was slow and inefficient. They sang happy birthday to the table next to us after the woman's whole family got sick of waiting for the staff and left... she cried. All this and for 4 people and my bill was 350.00. My whole family went to Legoland for cheaper than that last weekend. Won't be back. Highly disappointed and feeling robbed.

I used to go for hibachi restaurants on bday celebrations. This was the worse hibachi restaurant I ever had. First the exhaust fan wasn’t working properly and the chef told me that all exhaust fan were the same. We were stinking. We can even could see my whole party ( we were 6) because of the smoke around. TERRIBLE. The server and the chef were so serious all the time, like they are unhappy for working there. It was my daughter bday, and they gave us the check and no surprise at all for her. i had to tell again the server ( 3 times) it is her bday today. Than they gave to her one ball ice cream and song the happy bday. Worse bday celebration ever. I would not recommend and I will never go back again.

Our server Molly was so helpful! I have celiac disease and am also a vegetarian and she was so on top of things! I am always worried about getting accidentally “glutened” but she took all of the necessary precautions! My boyfriend also has a shellfish allergy and they were able to accommodate us amazingly! Great food and service, 100% recommend!

Thank you Daryl , For making zero effort to accommodate me and my disabled senior mother on my birthday. I should have read all the bad reviews, because I experienced all of them in 1 night. The manager Daryl spending the majority of his time in the back kitchen with a hand held tablet trying to look busy was the highlight. $206 bill for the worst experience is the 2nd best highlight. FYI I only stayed because of my mom being disabled and how difficult it would be for us. Daryl, you could have offered us a drink The dining room instead of the hibachi The bar An apology A good evening A good bye Instead you choose to offer attitude and its very obvious that you are not the problem. Your leaders that assumed that you were fit or equipped with the basic customer service Attentive skills that promoted you is the problem. Management at this location needs to reevaluate the hiring/promotion requirements. You should not be allowed to put incompetent people in a roll so you can stay home with your family. My birthday dinner experience was absolutely 💯 percent the worst at this benihana Hilton location

TERRIBLE! Reservation was at 8pm, didn't get seated until 820pm. Waitress takes our order, 15 mins later another group sits at the table. Still didn't get our soup or salad. Waitress proceeds to take other groups order. Around 9pm manager comes to ask how everything is going, we simply ask for the soup and salad. Not until 930 is when the chef comes to start cooking! It took until exactly 938pm for rice to be placed in front of us for it to be overcooked! Not to mention but the later guest have a shrimp allergy so my mothers hibachi shrimp would have to be prepared LAST. I get it it's a serious food allergy but it didn't help because we were ready waiting a lifetime to begin with. I would not recommend this location PERIOD. For a $100 bill, manager decides to remove $20. Like thanks a lot.

We had a great time. Our server was great. Our Chef, Maya was amazing. She talked with all of us, and told jokes with the kids. She made the whole night.

We had a 7:30 reservation and did not get sat until 8pm. There were continued delays as the restaurant wanted to wait until there were more people to seat at the table which was frustrating because we already had another party at the table so it wasn’t like it was just the two of us in our party and it was so far past our reservation time. We did not even get waters on the table until 8:30. Our server definitely rang in everyone’s order incorrectly as the hibachi chef had to keep asking questions to the table because the ticket was not correct. The hibachi chef did not get sent to our table until well after 9pm. We did not get to leave until 10:30 and we basically immediately asked for to-go boxes to instead eat in our room because we were so tired. I also had to ask multiple times for the white rice I ordered after the chef was already finished. The food was good and the chef was talented and nice but it was not worth the terrible service otherwise. I would not recommend this location.

Our reservation was at 6:30, we didn’t get sat until 7pm. We ordered and it took 45 minutes to get just A glass of water. We decided to leave before we got our food. The service was slow,understaffed, and the vibes were low. Would not recommend
