It was an overall amazing experience! It was my first time, and the food was delicious. Our cook was Gary, and he treated us like family. Would definitely do it again!

We had a fantastic chef, wonderful food, the service was really slow. Took 15 minutes for us to be seated, another 15 minutes before getting our drink/food order. Other tables around us got seated later but were eating before us. This used to be the best Benihana that I’ve been to, but it seems like they are slipping down to just average. Hopefully that’s not true.

Alex our server was great and the star of the show was Eli. Oh my gosh, he is a Disney theme show in himself. The food was amazing and Eli was the man keeping us amused.

The total experience took about 2 hours - I was the only one ordering white rice at the table which I thought I would get first but in fact the waitress told me she would be the one serving it to me but never got it or got an acknowledgment that it was forgotten - the chicken was too cooked and therefore a little dry.

Absolutely the worst experience. You would get better food at your local Chinese restaurant. Many years ago this restaurant used to be wonderful. Such a shame. Not once did anybody including the manager near the front door ask how everything was. I’m assuming they know that their food is now trash . Save your money!

We came to dinner tonight and this is our favorite one in Orlando. We came to celebrate our son’s birthday and as usual at this location .The Manager Ron is always great and we had the best server and chef! They always make celebrating special and we will continue to keep celebrating at Benihana!! Would definitely recommend!

Definitely a tourist location with uncharged extras. International drive is the much better location. Do not recommend this location for locals or parties greater than 5.

No show from our hibachi grill cook.. no volcano or sake or egg juggling it took over 3 hours to get food and eat. Service was slow and inefficient. They sang happy birthday to the table next to us after the woman's whole family got sick of waiting for the staff and left... she cried. All this and for 4 people and my bill was 350.00. My whole family went to Legoland for cheaper than that last weekend. Won't be back. Highly disappointed and feeling robbed.
