Bienvenue chez Benihana, un restaurant qui vous propose une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Installez-vous autour d'une de leurs tables communes et vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous livrera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du Teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Ils vous en mettront vraiment plein la vue ! Il ne vous restera qu'à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des savoureux mets proposés (bœuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.) et vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter d'un cocktail de spécialité. Benihana Ontario est situé près de l'intersection des autoroutes I-10 et 215, à cinq minutes du Ontario International Airport et du Ontario Convention Center, ainsi que du Citizen’s Bank entertainment arena. Il dispose de 22 tables de type teppanyaki et d'un bar à sushis confortable offrant des spéciaux pour Happy Hour. Le restaurant a été conçu pour imiter le style Azekura qui rappelle un entrepôt de campagne japonaise, devenant l'un des deux seuls restaurants de style Azekura de la chaîne Benihana. Des frais de service de 18% sont ajoutés à toute facture pour les groupes de huit personnes ou plus.

Service was very slow. Chef Gabriel was extremely slow preparing food. Shrimp, rice and vegetables were over cooked and had way too much salt.

My daughter and I love eating at Benihana’s restaurant. We usually go for special occasions and celebrate birthdays of family and friends. The food is always excellent and prices are reasonable. I find the service is top-notch from being welcomed when arriving and being seated. The table staff, from waiter to the cook, go out of their way to make sure your dining experience is great.

We waited an additional hour after our reservation to be sat. Service was not good, which is typical when you have a large party and they add gratuity automatically. Since the server knows they are being tipped regardless, they don’t provide good service. Waitress mixed up our credit cards for payment and charged my card twice which alerted my bank to suspect it as fraud. She then proceeded to announce to the entire table that the card was declined making it seem like it was due to insufficient funds and not due to her error of mischarging and then deleting the charge and trying again. Overall not a good experience.

Made a reservation and still waited over an hour to be seated. Waited another half hour before someone took our drink or food order. Food was decent though.

We had one of the worst experiences at Benihana's in Ontario this past Saturday night we were seated 45 minutes late after being told it was for 20 minutes delayed once we got there the table was set up for 9 people. I was told by a young lady that the manager wanted to sit four people instead of three and she put an additional chair for for nine people. I told her no that was not going to happen she later came back within a few minutes to tell me that the manager said okay but there would be two more people fit through it I told her that was fine our server Calvin was overwhelmed with three other tables we waited over 30 minutes for him to come back and get our check I then went to the manager to complain and then he brought our check I have been going to this Benihana's for over 13 years and have never had service this poor!

We had a reservation for 6pm. It was busy so we patiently waited to be called, at 6:25pm we checked on wait time with hostess, she said our reservation was already seated. No, we were never called. We were told this happens all the time.

Food was great like always. My salad had no dressing and I asked for green tea ice cream and got vanilla 😕. Other than that food was delicious

Overall dinner was delicious, service was great. Everyone at the table seemed to have a good time. Only problem was that we had a 5:30pm reservation and we were not seated til 6:00pm. We have not had problems with reservation and seating promptly before so hopefully this was just a 1 time deal.
