Bienvenue chez Benihana, un restaurant qui vous propose une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Installez-vous autour d'une de leurs tables communes et vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous livrera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du Teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Ils vous en mettront vraiment plein la vue ! Il ne vous restera qu'à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des savoureux mets proposés (bœuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.) et vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter d'un cocktail de spécialité. Benihana Ontario est situé près de l'intersection des autoroutes I-10 et 215, à cinq minutes du Ontario International Airport et du Ontario Convention Center, ainsi que du Citizen’s Bank entertainment arena. Il dispose de 22 tables de type teppanyaki et d'un bar à sushis confortable offrant des spéciaux pour Happy Hour. Le restaurant a été conçu pour imiter le style Azekura qui rappelle un entrepôt de campagne japonaise, devenant l'un des deux seuls restaurants de style Azekura de la chaîne Benihana. Des frais de service de 18% sont ajoutés à toute facture pour les groupes de huit personnes ou plus.

Good food and great service. Teh food was delicious. I had the shrimp, and my husband had a steak. My 2nd glass of hibiscus tea was very week, and had a bit of sediments on the bodttom of the glass. I choked on a small piece when drinking through a straw and had to drink some water to clear/dislodge the sediment.

We waited an hour and a half after our reservation time to be seated and two and a half before we got our food. The manager stepped on my toe and didn’t even acknowledge me and almost a week later it’s still bruised! The waitress was pleasant and the chef was nice so that is why I gave an okay review. Kinda disappointed after spending over $600 for our family of 6 and received this kind of service.

Wait was unbelievably even with reservations, over a hour. Too many people and an armed security guard at the restaurant caused concern.

I was wondering what the point of a reservation is when you have to wait over 30 minute I checked in prior to 5:15 for a 5:30 reservation; with 6 of 8 people there I walked in at 5:27 to say the final 2 will be here at 5:34pm which was very accurate when we all made our way inside through crowd and yet still waited and when asked wait time was told “soon” 5 minutes is soon not 30minutes later and due to the crowdness kept getting pushed and there was like 5/6 employees hanging out by the check in table. And when asked again how much longer the manager came by and I was told “your next” never at any time given a time frame or had a direct answer. Our server didn’t seem very happy, more so going through the emotions and at the end said tip was already include but I could add more. Which was way more than I would’ve given to begin with. My edamame wasn’t even spice and was crunchy and at no point when we sat down was there even an apology for the wait. We were there celebrating my son turning 10 years old. So a special day

Absolutely love it , other individuals at table were very polite and even shared a Triple Chocolate Birthday Cake with all other guest at table Benehana staff was so helpful assisting with plates and silverware for cake Thank You Benehana !!!

We went here to celebrate my birthday and used the $30 bday certificate. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes to be seated. We ordered the Splash n meadow. My steak was a little fatty. The shrimp was very good. We also ordered chicken fried rice. Some of the other guests didn't want their mushrooms so we got them, and they were very flavorful. We also got a complimentary picture for my bday. I would recommend making a reservation for 30 min prior to when you actually want to eat. I feel the food quality was better than previous visits.
