Reservation was at 7:15pm and did not get seated until after 8 and ordered at 8:30pm. There were about 30+ other people angry and waiting with us as well. The sad part is, this is the SECOND time in a row this has happened. No apology, no free appetizer, no offer to bring anyone a drink. Just a bunch of rude hostesses annoyed at the front with every guest. The chef however was great - energetic, perfectly cooked food. Too bad we won't be back - we'll stick with Kobe in Seal Beach!

Our server, Leilani, and our chef Mike, we’re both excellent great attitudes and very quick with service. We had a wonderful time and will be returning. We actually had a customer at our table that everyone knows comes back every night for dinner because he loves this place so much. You know that means it must be good.!

We usually go to the Anaheim location and this was our first time at this one. This will be our go-to location going forward! It wasn’t as crowded and chaotic, the service was excellent and the food was perfect! Our server, Jo Jo, was so good that we will request to be seated at one of her tables the next time we go. Top notch service at this Benihana location.

it was a very busy night so the noise level was almost deafening. out wait staff and chef were good and the meal was nice.

Left without finishing. Very understaffed. Terrible experience. We were going for a quick dinner in the lounge/bar we sat there for 45 minutes before two out of our 5 things that we orders came out. They waited another 25 before calling it quits.
