We did have to wait half an hour for our table even with our reservation. We understand one can’t guarantee immediate seating, but 30 minutes is poor management with a reserved table policy.

Hasn’t been back to Benihana in ages but wanted to take my daughter for her birthday and was glad I did! Kids had the best time, loved the food, and it provided the perfect festivity for everyone. Was so happy we went!!

Tenzin was our chef and he was excellent! food was delicious and prepared fast, along with many tricks. We also had Nyei as a waiter, she was very attentive and made sure refreshments were filled and got staff to sing happy birthday to our bday girl.

I had a great experience, my waiter was very pleasant and quick. The food was good, it was not noisy at all which was very good! I enjoyed the experience

My first time going to Benihana as a birthday dinner was a good experience never had food cooked in front of me before which I liked. We had the 5/6 courses menu where you get a side salad, miso soup and your entree serving was good had the chicken teriyaki, along with shrimp tempura sushi was nice and fresh! Would go again to try other things on the menu. I just wish they had desserts instead of plain baby scoop ice cream especially for someone birthday.

I called to inform that I was arriving late for my reservation and I was still accommodated. The server was nice and the food was good.

Do not eat here. Awful experience. They got our order wrong - twice and I witnessed one of the waiters go to the toilet and then not wash his hands. The manager was very good in dealing with our complaint, but that’s the last time I eat in that chain.

Great place for a fun lunch with tweens and adults. You come here for the entertainment and the fun in socializing with friends. I love their carrot ginger salad dressing and their sauces. The food is just okay and it is expensive for what it is. You do get a lot of food - we ended up with leftovers.
