Food was good, but service was slow. It took us almost 3 hours from the moment we arrived to have dinner and pay the check. People was really nice, but our server was overwhelmed with a lot of tables assigned to her.

I believe the cook was fairly new with no experience and no guidance by anyone. I actually got up and moved to another table

The experience was delightful watching the chef prepare food. The food was very tasting. Since my wife asks for no salt the chef made it special for her. The hostess and waitress were very attentive and nice! Thank you for a nice experience.

I always go to benihana not to this location but the one in the beach . I went to this one in Miramar to start the bar was disgusting. I was there sitting for 15 minutes and was never asked if I wanted to drink something. I approached the manager and he said sorry change of shift . That was his excused . I was there on a date and the service at the table was the worst . Now I look at the news and it’s shut down for the day because of how disgusting they are . I would like to have someone reach out to me cause this is unacceptable.
