🔺Be Aware: Sadly after eating at this location one waitress has ruined it for me. Waitress was seen placing my credit card several times by her personal call phone. When asked to please put her cell phone away she responded with many smart remarks and laughing so everyone else in our table would hear her. Telling us she makes enough money. Comments to others on the table like “I have your card in the air” don’t worry. Aside from horrible service, it was a birthday and she did not even bring desserts that are included in the price, never mind even saying Happy Birthday to the birthday boy. Personally would not have an employee like that work in my establishment. No need to have personal phone next to credit card machine and tying into her personal phone. Management spoke to her and that’s all. I feel nothing was done. Lost my business. ▪️Miramar location.

I go here for special occasions like for birthdays with the coupon they give us for the food it’s very good we came here in July 4th it barely had people and the chef took 15 minutes to come we spend like 1 hour and 30 minutes and the food was amazing like always

The service was excellent! The Server - DEE and Chef VICTOR made it an awesome experience. Food was cooked to perfection and Dee was very attentive and hospitable.

My experience at Benihana was fantastic! The live cooking show at the teppanyaki table was so entertaining and the chef was incredibly skilled. The food was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked steak and flavorful fried rice. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making it a memorable dining experience.

It was a good experience overall, however, I didn’t appreciate the hostess trying to seat our party of eight and squeeze the seats together wherein we could potentially be knocking each other’s elbows while eating. I had to make that point to her and that’s when she saw the logic in what I was saying. I understand that that are trying to maximize the chairs to seat other customers in the same table but at the same time, they shouldn’t be compromising the customer’s comfort level with just making money to squeeze in more chairs.

Benihana is always good. We go to this location and it's always a decent meal. Service was good. The hibachi chef did a good job cooking but way ok at best at all the fun stuff. Like no catching shrimp in his hat and his onion volcano was a bust.
