This the first time I went there for my birthday and it was a disaster they normally come over and acknowledge you on your birthday and it was no acknowledgement tonight I was so disappointed I don't think I will be celebrating my birthday there anyway I was very disappointed with the service tonight

Chef Jin is the best. He kept even the most discerning of audience members (3 13 year old girls) smiling. Food was cooked to perfection. The wagyu was amazing. And server, Katia, was attentive. Our drinks were never empty!

I’ve been to Benihana more times than I can count. From the service to the food and management of said experience, it was awful. The chef didn’t do any interaction with the guests (no volcano, no heart rice, no egg roll, etc) and didn’t even crack so much of a smile. Outside of that, the food was cooked poorly. No garlic butter on the steak or veggies. Low salt on the chicken and burnt eggs in the fried rice. After speaking to the manager and him acknowledging it was “not acceptable”, I was still charged full price and basically told “too bad”. Disappointment is an understatement

The quality of Benihana has drastically changed . The chef was very aggressive and not friendly . The food portions were extremely small . However the price was extremely High . A kids meal and adult plate was $115 . The food wasn’t even enough for one serving . I am very disappointed the food tasted burnt my filet mignon was over cooked and my scallops . Also I noticed the kitchen floor was flooded with dirty water .

Our chef was so funny. We were all entertained and the service was so quick, our waiter never let our drinks be empty. Would go back 100%

Food and Chef Henry were good, Benihana standards. The Host needs some training on recognizing a guest walking with a cane DOES NOT need to walk to the last table in the restaurant, TWICE!!! He also needs to be aware that certain guests feel profiled when they are taken to the back of the restaurant for their table.
