    Service was not great considering the automatic tip. Refills were slow to get. Chef struggled to get order correct. The food was good once completed.

    First I had made the reservation for a retirement luncheon. It was for eight but 2 people didn't end up showing so someone flying solo joined our party (required by the hostess). That was fine, I expected it might happen if I didn't have 8. 1st issue - The chef started making the fried rice and Mushrooms first. Seemed odd since the shrimp and vegetables are the appetizer. Shouldn't the mushrooms be for the steak orders. Not enough mushrooms were brought out. 5 of us received about 6 pieces of mushroom each. 2nd issue - There wasn't enough rice cooked/brought out in the first place. The person flying solo ordered two orders of the chicken fried rice. When the chef was confirming the order, he initially didn't realize the person was having two servings. So, not enough bowls were brought out and it was clear that not enough rice was brought because all of our bowls were fluffed and one of the people in my party received the rice directly placed on their plate (the scraps and little left over pieces.... all of it was SCRAPPED from the grill). 3rd Issue - appetizer of shrimp (received after the rice) and was first only give 4 pieces (2 shrimp). I know that we are supposed to have 6 pieces (3 shrimp). 4th Issue - 5 of the steaks were all ordered medium and they were all over cooked. We did not order the cheap hibachi steak either. We all had the most expensive cut and it was ruined. 5th Issue: None of us were offered the ice cream that comes with our meal. Order: 5 Hibachi Supreme 1 Samurai Treat with an Upgrade from the Filet Mignon to the Chateaubriand All with Chicken Fried Rice I frequent this Benihana establishment about a dozen or more times a year. I suggested the place, made the reservation and needless to say I am embarrassed.

    Lydia was our server and she did amazing taking care of us. Arturo was our chef and his show and food was delicious. The manager Chelsea made sure we were well taken care of! What a fabulous birthday dinner.

    Food was not as good as it used to be. Haven’t been in a few years. Too much salt and loads of butter. Chef was inexperienced in the job.

    We had a great night celebrating a birthday. We got there early and by the time we were leaving the restaurant was getting pretty loud because several tables were being served around us. The food was delicious and the service was great!

    Searched on line for price's…hard to find…nothing on website… I must have found an old review on Yelp as I saw $32 approx/person. Prices started at ~$40/ person for steak, chicken or shrimp/scallops, PLUS an EXTRA charge $6.60 each for the rice, which I only noticed on the receipt— it was not on the menu for this up-charge! You get an onion broth soup that was very good, a small/cheap iceberg salad with 2cherry tomatoes, then the chef makes a ton of fried rice, then small pieces of shrimp as an “appetizer,” followed by a few veggies and finally, your entree. Steak was a thin steak with little flavor. Scallops were large and delicious, chicken was a breast with salt/pepper and flavorless. 3people with 2sodas ($4 ea), 20% service charge/tip that is automatically included of $27.18, food tax $10.90 totaling= $175.00!!! So disappointing… and doubled disappointed after seeing the jacked-up bill! Wow, sad…We could’ve had an amazing meal at a great steakhouse. The restaurant was hot, greasy, and slippery all over inside. Big disappointment and ripoff Save your money and go to Manny’s or a real restaurant. Not worth half the price we paid.

    Have been going to Benihana for years and this was not the best experience I've had there. You would assume that on Fathers Day Sunday they would have their more experienced chef's working but that wasn't the case for us. Our chef got an egg shell in the egg mix for the friend rice and either him or our waitress screwed up my wifes order so the food wasn't timed properly (although they did fix this, but we weren't compensated for the mix up) and also the food portions were not accurate. All in all they must've had their B chef show up for this meal (Angel) because this didn't feel like the same Benihana I've been visiting for over 20 years.

    We went for our anniversary expecting to sit at the sushi bar, but it turns out the sushi bar closed. So we sat I. The bar area and ordered some sushi and rolls, and the food was terrible. Pretty sure it made my wife and I both sick the next day. Used to be one of our favorite places to go, now we will never go back.
