    Lydia was our server and she did amazing taking care of us. Arturo was our chef and his show and food was delicious. The manager Chelsea made sure we were well taken care of! What a fabulous birthday dinner.

    Food was not as good as it used to be. Haven’t been in a few years. Too much salt and loads of butter. Chef was inexperienced in the job.

    We had a great night celebrating a birthday. We got there early and by the time we were leaving the restaurant was getting pretty loud because several tables were being served around us. The food was delicious and the service was great!

    Searched on line for price's…hard to find…nothing on website… I must have found an old review on Yelp as I saw $32 approx/person. Prices started at ~$40/ person for steak, chicken or shrimp/scallops, PLUS an EXTRA charge $6.60 each for the rice, which I only noticed on the receipt— it was not on the menu for this up-charge! You get an onion broth soup that was very good, a small/cheap iceberg salad with 2cherry tomatoes, then the chef makes a ton of fried rice, then small pieces of shrimp as an “appetizer,” followed by a few veggies and finally, your entree. Steak was a thin steak with little flavor. Scallops were large and delicious, chicken was a breast with salt/pepper and flavorless. 3people with 2sodas ($4 ea), 20% service charge/tip that is automatically included of $27.18, food tax $10.90 totaling= $175.00!!! So disappointing… and doubled disappointed after seeing the jacked-up bill! Wow, sad…We could’ve had an amazing meal at a great steakhouse. The restaurant was hot, greasy, and slippery all over inside. Big disappointment and ripoff Save your money and go to Manny’s or a real restaurant. Not worth half the price we paid.

    Have been going to Benihana for years and this was not the best experience I've had there. You would assume that on Fathers Day Sunday they would have their more experienced chef's working but that wasn't the case for us. Our chef got an egg shell in the egg mix for the friend rice and either him or our waitress screwed up my wifes order so the food wasn't timed properly (although they did fix this, but we weren't compensated for the mix up) and also the food portions were not accurate. All in all they must've had their B chef show up for this meal (Angel) because this didn't feel like the same Benihana I've been visiting for over 20 years.

    We went for our anniversary expecting to sit at the sushi bar, but it turns out the sushi bar closed. So we sat I. The bar area and ordered some sushi and rolls, and the food was terrible. Pretty sure it made my wife and I both sick the next day. Used to be one of our favorite places to go, now we will never go back.

    It is so very expensive. Four adults and two little kids and the bill was $400.

    It was good. The food was excellent as always. The service was mediocre. The server was slow to keep our waters filled and our plates removed. My educated and previously seen demonstrated “guess” is since the 20% automatic gratuity, the service will simply continue to slide since the incentives are now no longer applicable.

    I have gone to this location for years. To me, it was the best one in the Twin Cities. Probably still is, but everything is made one thing at time. Which okay, but hard to eat all food together and have it warm. Benihana must moved to it. Rice first, then zucchini and onions, then shrimp and lobster, the steak, then mushroom and finally chicken. Rice is always first but used to get rest somewhat close. So yes food was good, but veggies and rice mostly were gone by time shrimp was done and steak pretty much just shrimp left. Pricing is also much higher than last year. With a birthday gift ($30 off), 20% service charge/tip auto added was was over $100 for 1 shrimp/chicken, 1 shrimp/filet mignon, and 1 soda so much more than say Osaka for the same. However server and chef were great. Good show and very nice. Would still go to this one over other local ones.
