I was disappointed. I liked it before they remodeled it. The wait was long before the chef came to the table. It wasn’t as entertaining as it used t be. The staff were nice. Food was still good.

I went to Benihana with my boyfriend yesterday (11/5) after receiving an email inviting me to try the happy hour. When we asked the server (who we couldn't tell whether was a man or woman) for the happy hour menu, they gave us a negative look and seemed annoyed. Given this, we decided to order a regular dish instead of something from the happy hour menu, and their attitude completely changed. This shouldn't be the case, as customer service is important. On the positive side, the food was excellent, as always. My only suggestion would be to play some soft music outside, as it was completely quiet out there.

Chef and service were wonderful. Food was tasty. I understand it’s the way they maximize their tables but it’s a bit awkward to dine with another family especially with spending as much as it costs.

Wesley the chef was amazing wow!! My kids probably would only ask for him when they come back. He made sure they had a great experience and for that he deserves a 5 star!! Thank you Mr Wesley!!

It seems this location is dealing with severe management issues…have ate at this location for years and never experienced a situation as last night, waited over a hour for our chef, no communication, stoic manager with not one ounce of customer service…I think its status quo in that location because it was empty and the staff refused to comment. Go to a different location in the meantime Update-the restaurant called me for a “random review of feedback”. Again playing dumb and acting bewildered that a customer is upset that their manager played dumb and 10 people waited for food/chef over 75 minutes and then played the corporate play card on any compensation. Call the customer say you’re sorry and do the right thing. FYI the managers name who was awful is Merlin
