Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef préparera sous vos yeux de délicieux steaks et d'excellents plats de poulet ou de fruits de mer, pour le plus grand plaisir de vos pupilles et papilles. Prenez place à l'une des 22 tables teppanyaki en contemplant la belle baie de Biscayne. Chef and service were wonderful. Food was tasty. I understand it’s the way they maximize their tables but it’s a bit awkward to dine with another family especially with spending as much as it costs.

Wesley the chef was amazing wow!! My kids probably would only ask for him when they come back. He made sure they had a great experience and for that he deserves a 5 star!! Thank you Mr Wesley!!

It seems this location is dealing with severe management issues…have ate at this location for years and never experienced a situation as last night, waited over a hour for our chef, no communication, stoic manager with not one ounce of customer service…I think its status quo in that location because it was empty and the staff refused to comment. Go to a different location in the meantime Update-the restaurant called me for a “random review of feedback”. Again playing dumb and acting bewildered that a customer is upset that their manager played dumb and 10 people waited for food/chef over 75 minutes and then played the corporate play card on any compensation. Call the customer say you’re sorry and do the right thing. FYI the managers name who was awful is Merlin

Our recent dinner at Benihana was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to our phenomenal server, Jonathan. His attentiveness, genuine warmth, and expert knowledge of the menu made our entire experience fantastic. We made a reservation and arrived on time. We were pleased to get seated within a few minutes. Everything started out fairly smoothly. Our chef arrived and started cooking. For some reason she started putting the main meal on the stovetop while making the fried rice. We were served our soup, salad and then the main courses. While we were eating the steak and scallops, she made the shrimp appetizer and then the veggies. By the time we received those we were almost finished. We ordered a meal that was supposed to come with green tea and ice cream. We were never offered these things. She came out with the check and when we asked about the tea and ice cream she told us that the ice cream had melted and that the fridge wasn't working properly. We paid the bill and were overcharged for both of our meals. Not wanting to make a fuss we paid it. If anything we should have been charged less for not getting the dessert and tea. Benihana has always been great in the past but this was a big disappointment. Terrible service! I can no longer recommend this restaurant to my friends and family!

The food was flavorless and the service sporadic … they don’t clean up the dirty plates .. the chef was distracted and food was not good … Recommnedtion is know which chef to request … we have had many good meals here …. Unfortunately not this time … chef needs more training
