Vous pourrez admirer votre chef personnel mettre en scène l’art ancien du Teppanyaki (méthode de cuisson traditionnelle sur plaque chauffante), le regarder découper, mettre en cubes, et préparer un repas qui ravira vos yeux comme vos papilles. Que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, du tendre poulet ou de délicieux fruits de mer, vous vous régalerez. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter d'un cocktail signature. Benihana Memphis est situé à East Memphis à l'intersection de Poplar Avenue et de I-240, en face de l'hôtel Hilton.Prenez place à l'une des 22 tables teppanyaki pour déguster un délicieux repas et assister à un véritable spectacle culinaire. La formule « Happy Hour » est offerte de 17h à 19h, du lundi au jeudi et de 16h à 19h le vendredi. Our Chef was very good, but our server was horrible. She didn’t come back to the table and check to see if anyone needed anything, so everyone’s glasses were empty and we all needed refills. She wasn’t going to bring the green tea and dessert that comes with the hibachi meals until we asked for it and then she said do you really want it? This was our first time at Benihana’s, and it was our last.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We were seated, waiting 15 minutes just to order drinks (placed our food order at the same time) after another 15 minutes still hadn’t received our waters or adult drinks. The table behind us were seated around 10 minutes after us,, same waitress but these people happened to be Caucasian, they had waters, adult drinks and appetizers. …. After another 5 minutes and our waitress again walking past us to deliver something to their table, my husband and I got up and informed our waitress we were leaving and to cable our order. I was extremely disappointed because this was my first time at Benihana and I’ve been wanting to try it for years. Based on this experience I probably won’t ever get the chance to taste the food. In my opinion I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone

Had reservation at 6:45 for my daughter's birthday. They sat us down at 645...however, the cook did not show up to the table until 8:30. Why have a reservation for 645 if you are not going to serve someone until 830? The staff and management team had no idea what they were doing and continued to walk around unorganized. Truly expected more from this type of establishment.

waited 30 minutes past reservation time. then seated & 25 minutes after ordering was informed they were out of scallops Then on a $110 bill for 2 people they took off $ 11 for not having scallops. will try somewhere else next time!!
