Vous pourrez admirer votre chef personnel mettre en scène l’art ancien du Teppanyaki (méthode de cuisson traditionnelle sur plaque chauffante), le regarder découper, mettre en cubes, et préparer un repas qui ravira vos yeux comme vos papilles. Que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, du tendre poulet ou de délicieux fruits de mer, vous vous régalerez. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter d'un cocktail signature. Benihana Memphis est situé à East Memphis à l'intersection de Poplar Avenue et de I-240, en face de l'hôtel Hilton.Prenez place à l'une des 22 tables teppanyaki pour déguster un délicieux repas et assister à un véritable spectacle culinaire. La formule « Happy Hour » est offerte de 17h à 19h, du lundi au jeudi et de 16h à 19h le vendredi. Poor quality of food. Steak hamachi wasn’t good and meat was over cooked and dry. Ginger salad wasn’t good and soup was too salt. Overall disappointed!

This place was horrible. We were seated quickly at our reservation time, but waited quite a while just for the server to come and get drink orders. Finally got our drinks and then waited again for to place our food order. Again, had to wait a lengthy time before the "chef" came to our table to start preparing our food. He wasn't as friendly or lively or entertaining as we have had in the past. We had to ask for our soup even though we had already started eating the entree's. One of our party ordered two chicken fried rice in addition to their meal and had to ask where it was. The server brought out two orders of steamed rice. I ordered another drink and never received it, but it was on the bill which the server did take off. The other servers were rude as I was walking back from the restroom and a server was walking in the opposite direction and expected me to move for him. I am the guest!!! It is way overpriced for what you receive. Totally ruined our experience there. Overall, I would stay away from this place. It has gone way down hill and not up to what I'm sure Benihana's standards are. Oh and to top it off, we never even received our dessert (ice cream or Sherbert). Very sub-par place.

Gustavo prepared great food exactly like we ordered it. The fried rice was soooo good. He was very attentive to us and our server was great too! Never ran out of drink and soup salad sushi came out very quickly!

Our experience tonight was amazing! We stopped coming here due to the terrible customer service and wait times in the past. Tonight we had Haylee as our waitress and she was so sweet and efficient. Haylee is the reason we will come back again!

Food was good, the service was okay, and overall I would say it’s overpriced. However, if you’re looking for somewhere to eat that’s a little more upscale, this is your place.

I brought my grandma for her birthday the food was good and service was ok but they didn’t sing her happy birthday like they usually would and skipped giving us our ice cream at the end, that was the main reason I chose to take her. I’ve been to a lot of different locations in different cities and this one was definitely the most underwhelming

Service and food were excellent! Arrived with party of 7 and was seated immediately. Server was quick and accommodated our requests and chef did a great job keeping us fed and entertained. I didn’t like the fact you now have to pay extra for fried rice given the stiff costs to eat in the first place.
