Vous pourrez admirer votre chef personnel mettre en scène l’art ancien du Teppanyaki (méthode de cuisson traditionnelle sur plaque chauffante), le regarder découper, mettre en cubes, et préparer un repas qui ravira vos yeux comme vos papilles. Que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, du tendre poulet ou de délicieux fruits de mer, vous vous régalerez. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter d'un cocktail signature. Benihana Memphis est situé à East Memphis à l'intersection de Poplar Avenue et de I-240, en face de l'hôtel Hilton.Prenez place à l'une des 22 tables teppanyaki pour déguster un délicieux repas et assister à un véritable spectacle culinaire. La formule « Happy Hour » est offerte de 17h à 19h, du lundi au jeudi et de 16h à 19h le vendredi. Horrible experience waited 2 and half hours for a “chef”. They did not really care to entertain just cook the food and go as he was extremely busy which we felt bad for him. He told us he barely makes any money and had only 4 chefs for the whole place.

Reservations for 12:30, go there early and was seated around 12:05. Did not have a chef come over until 1:15. Ordered an appetizer that came after the chef started cooking the food. Was charged for items we didn’t ordered, and then the manager had a bad attitude like he was mad that he had to work that day. 0/10 recommend.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had! Reservations were at 7:45. Waited! Then seated, waited for 2 hours to be told we didn’t have a cook. I asked for the manager. He came over and his professionalism was the poorest I’ve seen in such a restaurant that should uphold standards. From our conversation it sounded like he wanted us to leave instead of wait any longer. He did not help or resolve the issue. Our entire table ended up leaving without having a meal. We were still charged for drinks. This staff needs some high quality training! Thank you for ruining our Christmas Eve!!

Our server, Kaylia, and our hibachi chef took great care of us and were friendly and professional. It was Christmas Eve and I know they were exhausted, but you would never have known it.

Food was good, but the waiting for the chef to start cooking was way too long. 1.5 hours sitting at the table before the chef even started cooking the meal.

Waited 30+ minutes to be seated after my reseveration time. Then waited a hour+ for food. Manager made it clear he was not concerned with your issues. Was not a good experience, especially for the price paid. Not happy with my first time dining with Benihana.

Jose was our chef and he is the best❣️Our server was great. And the food out of this world. Tender chicken and steak with moist chicken fried rice. Can't wait to go back!!

Poor quality of food. Steak hamachi wasn’t good and meat was over cooked and dry. Ginger salad wasn’t good and soup was too salt. Overall disappointed!

This place was horrible. We were seated quickly at our reservation time, but waited quite a while just for the server to come and get drink orders. Finally got our drinks and then waited again for to place our food order. Again, had to wait a lengthy time before the "chef" came to our table to start preparing our food. He wasn't as friendly or lively or entertaining as we have had in the past. We had to ask for our soup even though we had already started eating the entree's. One of our party ordered two chicken fried rice in addition to their meal and had to ask where it was. The server brought out two orders of steamed rice. I ordered another drink and never received it, but it was on the bill which the server did take off. The other servers were rude as I was walking back from the restroom and a server was walking in the opposite direction and expected me to move for him. I am the guest!!! It is way overpriced for what you receive. Totally ruined our experience there. Overall, I would stay away from this place. It has gone way down hill and not up to what I'm sure Benihana's standards are. Oh and to top it off, we never even received our dessert (ice cream or Sherbert). Very sub-par place.
