Vous pourrez admirer votre chef personnel mettre en scène l’art ancien du Teppanyaki (méthode de cuisson traditionnelle sur plaque chauffante), le regarder découper, mettre en cubes, et préparer un repas qui ravira vos yeux comme vos papilles. Que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, du tendre poulet ou de délicieux fruits de mer, vous vous régalerez. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter d'un cocktail signature. Benihana Memphis est situé à East Memphis à l'intersection de Poplar Avenue et de I-240, en face de l'hôtel Hilton.Prenez place à l'une des 22 tables teppanyaki pour déguster un délicieux repas et assister à un véritable spectacle culinaire. I enjoyed the food once I took it home. However, the cook was so very RUDE. We sat at the community hibachi table and upon the Chefs arrival he chastised my daughter for having a seafood allergy saying “ he didn’t want to deal with cooking the food separately” he complained that my Sister requested no egg in her rice. He complained that I ordered extra egg in my rice. He kept calling me Extra and saying he has sisters so he doesn’t do extra. He declined to put extra egg in my rice even though it was on the ticket and I paid for it. As he is serving rice he gave each person at the table a top-off of rice and he skipped me saying “ you don’t get none I don’t do extra “ I laughed it off for the sake of the family moment. He skipped me twice for the extra shrimp too. He was very nasty. He called me fat because I told my daughter to order gyoza to go. Stating “Damn girl you can eat”. I said what? I hadn’t touched any of my food we’re packing it up. He replied “but you’re going to eat it and you want Gyoza too.” My daughter interrupted the conversation saying “mom let’s just go” before I could reply. I tipped the server she was quiet but she did a good job. I tipped the cook too. Simply because it’s the right thing to do. Even after paying over 300.00 for my family to be treated poorly. Benihana will never get another dollar from me. The professionalism is lacking. Good luck if you get this person to cook.

This restaurant deserves a negative rating. The service was terrible and there was no sense of urgency. We had an 8:30 PM reservation and arrived early, but still had to wait for our last member who was late. We were seated at 8:35 PM and had to wait an hour and 15 minutes just to order. The manager didn’t seem to understand the issue when we raised our concerns. It was past 10:00 PM and still waiting without even seeing the chef. Another table mentioned they had been here for 3 hours! We finally finished our meal and left at 11:15 PM. The food and chef were commendable; however, the service was a complete disaster. Despite receiving a 15% discount for the extended wait, it couldn't undo the frustration we experienced. We have been loyal customers of Benihana for years, celebrating birthdays and special occasions, but after this experience, we will not be returning to any location. It's truly disappointing to see such a decline in service.

This was the absolute worst Benihana's experience i have ever had. We had a 6:45 reservation. Finally sat at 7:20. Server showed up for the first time at 7:40. Drinks ordered. Drinks served at 8:10. Chef arrives at 9. Order is wrong. Food served at 9:20 in waves. Entree served finally at 9:40 by which time the rice and veggies (zucchini and onions) are stone cold. Cashed out at 10:10. Nearly 3 and a half hours for crap food and crap service. My advise, DO NOT GO HERE!

El lugar es muy bonito una experiencia realmente increíble para la familia y mi niña la atención del chef fue increíble hizo pasar una noche agradable a mi familia y sus asistentes también por otro lado el aseo del baño de hombre le faltó atención por último el descuido de algo simple como traer ketchup para mi niña que nunca llegó le cambió su experiencia final

In almost all respects, this was a disappointing experience. The food was badly overcooked, leading us to believe that our order had been left on the grill for far too long. The meats were tough and dry, the rice was overdone. Only the vegetables were savory. The service was good, so we blame the kitchen. We hoped for better.

Horrible experience waited 2 and half hours for a “chef”. They did not really care to entertain just cook the food and go as he was extremely busy which we felt bad for him. He told us he barely makes any money and had only 4 chefs for the whole place.

I usually love eating at Benihana. This time the food was lacking. No sauces for the vegetables or meat. No soy sauce at the table. The chef was ok not as entertaining as usual. I ordered salmon with avocado tarter sauce. The chef didn't have the sauce, he first said they didn't have any. He left and brought it back.. The salmon was dry and I also ordered steamed rice but didn't get it until I was almost done eating.

Reservations for 12:30, go there early and was seated around 12:05. Did not have a chef come over until 1:15. Ordered an appetizer that came after the chef started cooking the food. Was charged for items we didn’t ordered, and then the manager had a bad attitude like he was mad that he had to work that day. 0/10 recommend.

Our server, Kaylia, and our hibachi chef took great care of us and were friendly and professional. It was Christmas Eve and I know they were exhausted, but you would never have known it.
