Bienvenue chez Benihana, où vous vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Ici, les clients sont tous installés ensemble, autour de grandes tables communes. Vous pourrez admirer votre chef personnel mettre en scène l’art ancien du Teppanyaki (méthode de cuisson traditionnelle sur plaque chauffante), le regarder découper, mettre en cubes et préparer un repas qui ravira vos yeux comme vos papilles. Que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, du tendre poulet ou de délicieux fruits de mer, vous vous régalerez. Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par le talentueux chef et vous laissez tenter par un des cocktails maison. Le Benihana Maple Grove est situé près des fontaines au centre commercial Arbor Lakes. Bien que les réservations ne sont pas obligatoires, elles sont recommandées. We had a reservation booked for several weeks and still had to wait 40 minutes to get seated. Pretty disappointed in this.

Always a great time. It had been a few years since we have been there. Took all my kids there for a birthday celebration. Our server was great! She sang solo to my girls. Her voice was AMAZING! Only down fall is that there was a service charge that was enormous and I didn’t have an option to tip after paying with my CC. I would have tipped far more than the 20% service charge they auto filled.

Horrible meal. Went here on my grandmas 84th birthday tonight and had a newer chef and the meal was not up to par. Overcooked almost everything, things were cooked in the wrong order. Mentioned it to the manager and she was not helpful

The servers kept trying to get us to box up our food while we were still eating. They definitely try to rush you through this. Also, the “six course” meal supposedly came with ice cream dessert and we were all supposed to get green tea. None of us were offered the tea. It’s definitely a chain so just know that before you go.

After our food was done and served and we started eating, our server immediately asked which box do we want? Small or big? We told her, we’re still eating and to put the boxes on the side. It’s was lunch time and the restaurant didn’t seem to be busy that time, why are we being rushed? The other issue is the automatic 20% surcharge. As a customer, it felt like we were force and not given a choice on how much to give. Good service or not, we were force 20% surcharge. Not sure if we’re going back, unless they change their policy.
