Bienvenue chez Benihana, où vous vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Ici, les clients sont tous installés ensemble, autour de grandes tables communes. Vous pourrez admirer votre chef personnel mettre en scène l’art ancien du Teppanyaki (méthode de cuisson traditionnelle sur plaque chauffante), le regarder découper, mettre en cubes et préparer un repas qui ravira vos yeux comme vos papilles. Que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, du tendre poulet ou de délicieux fruits de mer, vous vous régalerez. Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par le talentueux chef et vous laissez tenter par un des cocktails maison. Le Benihana Maple Grove est situé près des fontaines au centre commercial Arbor Lakes. Bien que les réservations ne sont pas obligatoires, elles sont recommandées. Prenez une pause de votre journée dans les magasins de Arbor Lakes et préparez-vous à une expérience culinaire hors du commun à l'une de leurs 18 tables teppanyaki.     Our server Rynie and Chef Jaxon were 5/5. Food was great and we enjoyed the show. However, when we received the bill I was very surprised to see a service charge of $24.80 added to our total on our check for 2 people. Rynie explained it's a charge in which the chef and servers get a portion. She let me know that it's posted up front but to that I'd argue it's very easy to miss when you're waiting in a lobby with 15 other ppl. At that point I had already given the chef a cash tip & set aside a tip for her too so it was very disappointing to see that surprise. Additionally, the service charge nearly washed out the birthday reward and now I'm reconsidering my annual birthday date with my father to Benihana next week. Seems like we can go elsewhere. Somewhere there is no surprise charges and we can tip in cash as we and most servers prefer.

    We had the best time! So fun! Hector and Cheryl were great and made our event memorable. A great way to commemorate a special occasion. Food was very good, and so much! Thanks for such a fun experience.

    I haven't been to a Benihana in years. I was expecting an experience. A show of sorts that culminated in really good food. What I got was a chef who fumbled every trick. Who prepared the food exactly as he was trained. The problem is that the food, and preparation just isn't that good. When the bill came it was nearly double what I was expecting. They included a service fee of nearly $60. When I asked if that was the tip I was told no. The tip was not included. But I cannot tip using my card. Any tip would have to be in cash. So on top of disappointing me with the food and service, they managed to embarrass me by making it impossible to tip my server.

    It’s was ok. Food was cooked a bit slow, the show wasn’t really exciting, non of my kids were engaged. I think the guy was new, I understand everyone has to start somewhere, just wish it wasn’t with us. For the amount of money we spent, we are pretty disappointed. Server was great.

    We had a party of nine, and everyone enjoyed themselves. The staff were friendly, funny, and on top of things! Food was great, over all a wonderful experience.

    The chef made the wrong steak for the combo Didn’t realize it while we were there to say something but definitely wasn’t the teriyaki it was supposed to have been
