   We always enjoy celebrating birthdays at Benhania, and this occasion was no different! Our waitress, Ann, and the chef, Aaron, were fantastic and truly made the day special for my son. He had such a wonderful time celebrating both his dad's and grandma's birthdays that he rated it a perfect 10 out of 10! Thank you for helping us create another beautiful memory.

   Automatin convince fees added. 16 dollar drinks Liquor fees on top of 16 dollar drinks. 1 meal steak and chicken with fried rice 1 meal with shrimp , steak, chicken and fried rice. 2 captain diet 2 glasses of wine 30 dollar birthday off coupon and it was still 190 dollars

   Food was good but it was very disappointing to see the bill I get that it’s an experience but it’s a 20% fee on top of a tip and on top of overpriced food it’s just outrageous

   One of the best chef experiences we have had for quite a while, The food all tasted great (lots of garlic butter on almost everything). Lots of fun for this birthday dinner. I have to say something about the 20% service charge. They make it confusing, since they say it is not a tip, but some of the fee goes to the server. They don't say exactly what all it goes for, but you would hope the chef gets a large portion of it. They do offer a chance to tip even more when your credit card is processed at the table. They do charge tax on the service charge which seems strange since tips added at other restaurants do not get taxed. Ends up being a pretty expensive dinner for two.

   We love Benihana -- the food and the table top show are really great. The new 20% service charge on top of the menu price increases are insane though!!! And then in addition to the 20% and menu price increases, the server asked about a tip. Wow!! It was almost $500 for 5 of us to have a meal! It's good food but it is not a high-end, foodie experience.

   We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes to be seated. We confirmed twice with the hostess that she saw our reservation. Why make a reservation if you wait almost an hour to be seated?

    I love benihanas but the service we got on this day was terrible The cook had a whole attitude and he burnt pretty much all the food and then white was not clean during the whole time every time he tried to clean the grill he wanted to flip raw meat with the dirty spatula or cook on the dirty grill I was through when all that happened like he wasn't sanitated ties and nothing cleaning nothing and he didn't care about our food he was just rude and disrespectful
