Bienvenue chez Benihana, où vous vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Ici, les clients sont tous installés ensemble, autour de grandes tables communes. Vous pourrez admirer votre chef personnel mettre en scène l’art ancien du Teppanyaki (méthode de cuisson traditionnelle sur plaque chauffante), le regarder découper, mettre en cubes et préparer un repas qui ravira vos yeux comme vos papilles. Que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, du tendre poulet ou de délicieux fruits de mer, vous vous régalerez. Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par le talentueux chef et vous laissez tenter par un des cocktails maison. Le Benihana Maple Grove est situé près des fontaines au centre commercial Arbor Lakes. Bien que les réservations ne sont pas obligatoires, elles sont recommandées. Prenez une pause de votre journée dans les magasins de Arbor Lakes et préparez-vous à une expérience culinaire hors du commun à l'une de leurs 18 tables teppanyaki. Hard to understand what waiters, waitresses & cook were saying due to the over all noise of the restaurant, and the speed of the speakers delivery. Overall it felt like the goal was to get you in and out as fast as possible. Food was mediocre and not worth the expense. Drinks tasted as they were poured from a premix and not very good. Theres better restaurants that are less expensive- wouldn't recommend.

Always great service. HEADS UP! They do put a 23$ service charge on your bill that's split between a don't know how many people. They only accept cash as an additional tip. They don't disclose this until you get the bill. As always their food is amazing

Not what it used to be and they have added a 20% service charge to everything

Total time at the restaurant was almost 3 hours. Took almost 2 hours waiting for the chef. Food was way overpriced. Signed up for kids birthday reward weeks before coming and never received reward email.

We had a 6 o’clock reservation and we had to wait a while to be seated then they forgot all about us. At 7:10 I finally went and found a manager to figure out why we weren’t being served. We had to skip the habachi show and just get our food cooked in the back. We didn’t get our food until 8! We did did give us a discount but this was my actual birthday and we wasted all night there and we were forgotten all about when we had made birthday reservations.

Service has improved a lot since last visit which caused us to stop coming back. Food was almost top notch, but lack flavor on the fried rice. The only negative and dislike is they auto charge service fee for all size parties. No chance to tip more or less then the Service fee.

We had a new chef which we were positive about, everyone has to learn and start somewhere. The issues were in the tools dropped on the floor and then placed in the same container as our fried rice bowls and the other spatulas he was using, we each got one scoop in one bowl of yum sauce for our entire meal even after expressing we would like double yum no ginger. Each item was cooked separate, creating a full nearly 2 hour experience, and our steaks were cut into huge cubes, aggressively pressed into the grill to speed up cooking , and sliced in odd shapes for the chef to assess doneness of the meat. We as a family have had agreed upon not returning, it was disappointing.

Definitely one of our family favorite restaurants. Kind, quality service, great entertainment and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten.
