My husband and I love Benihana. The food is top notch. I cannot say one negative comment about it. The wait staff could have been more attentive but we got one free drink, so that was good. The portions could be smaller and hence, cheaper prices or offer small or large portions. All in all I am a satisfied customer.

I have been going to this location for over 40 years since I was a child. I understand this is mostly for kids and I only go with my kids now. Same problem as always: 1. Poor quality of food 2. Meat is very small portion for price you pay 3. They try to make up for small meat portion with cheap fillers LOL their vegetables are onion and some type of squash. Mushrooms are ok. New problems: 1. Price went up a lot. 39 dollars for 4 ounce of beef. First time I had very bad service: 1. Server didn’t bring my white rice until I was finished with my meal! (Everyone had fried rice) 2. Cook forgot to serve mushrooms (or they don’t serve them anymore) 3. They need to have better plans for people with seafood allergy. 1 person in the party that sat at the table has an allergy. So instead of giving them their own table. We got our meats cooked first then vegetables then fried rice then shrimp. So I had to finish my steak and eat before my familys shrimp because I didn’t want cold steak. Overall poor experience and not worth inflated price for low quality food and very little meat

The food was simply terrible. The flavors were bland, and the quality was noticeably poor. For a restaurant that charges premium prices, I expected much better. The dishes and chefs lacked creativity, and the high prices only added to the disappointment, making the overall experience feel like a complete waste of money. I cannot recommend Benihana, as the food quality does not justify the cost. There are many other dining options where you can get far better value for your money.

Feels like there have been standard menu items taken away and then prices have gone up lol. Like no mushrooms in the vegetables

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years. I love hibachi food. But yesterday the food wasn’t as good as it normally is. And the alcohol beverage didn’t even give me a buzz. I think it’s time to find a new hibachi restaurant

Overall the experience was good. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The Chef was a bit disappointing. He didn’t engage much or do many tricks. But we still had a good time and it is good value for what you get.

The food was not up to the standards. The food last night was very bland and missing seasoning for the amount of money that you pay you would expect the foodbe perfect.
