Bienvenue au Benihana, où vous vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres ! Installés autour d'une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous présentera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en prendrez plein la vue ! Il ne vous restera qu'à faire votre choix parmi la diversité de savoureux mets qui vous sont proposés (bœuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.) et à vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushi préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec leurs cocktails spéciaux. Venez prendre une pause lors de votre virée de magasinage au Mall of America et venez voir ce qui fait que Benihana est un incontournable du centre commercial. Rattrapez le temps perdu avec vos amis sur la terrasse située dans le centre commercial tout en profitant de l'un de leurs rouleaux de sushi ou d'un cocktail. The waitress got my husband's order wrong & we didn't know until the chef started cooking the meat. At no point did anyone confirm what was supposed to be going on his plate. With the amount of noise, she probably misheard him, but it's disappointing when you are expecting steak and lobster and get chicken and shrimp.

Overall we had a good experience. My only suggestion pertains to the background music. Play music that honors the culture, not hip hop music.

Server was rude. Definitely started treating me and my partner differently once we started speaking in Spanish. On top of it there was a 20% gratuity charge for eating there. Not planning on going back after the rude service I experienced.

They over charge on their service fee! We got charged for a meal we never ordered. Instead of taking the cost off the receipt they decided to comp it. Well they charged me taxes and a service fee on the meal I never ordered. They say it was a mistake but if you don’t pay attention to your bill they will get away with overcharging you. Never again!

Our party sat with empty water glasses for much of the meal. One who ordered white rice did not receive it at all, had to ask the server for it once all food was cooked. The server mixed up our drinks. No ice cream offered for a birthday. Prices are outrageous.

Fun experience but nothing done for my daughters birthday celebration even though I told them about it and the table next to us got Happy Birthday sang and had cake and candles so seemed weird that we didn’t. I paid cash and the waitress assumed that I needed no change and kept a huge tip for herself!

They charge you an extra 20 percent on your bill for the tip. You don't get to decide how much to tip or if the service was worth 20 percent. It's automatically added on. I feel tipping should be decided by the customer not just added on to the bill.

Extremely over priced. They tell you there is an upcharge for doing fried rice, but fail to mention it is $7 per person! A 9 oz glass of vino (kim crawford) for $25, come on.

Good experience. Nice teppanyakis. We ordered the different types with shrimps, beef and chicken. The fried rice was excellent and the grill show very funny. Additionally we ordered a couple of sushis and the sashimi assortment. They were packed therefore the service wasn't the best, but it was ok.
