    First waiter spills wine and then later chef breaks soya sauce bottle on on the table/grill. This was a very unpleasant experience for me and my family.

    Our chef didn’t do any tricks or perform whatsoever. Not even the train whistle for the volcano onion like we heard all the other chefs do. It was super disappointing considering it was my in-laws’ first time at Hibachi. Additionally, our server got my order wrong and my scallops were prepared well after the rest of the food was done. Our server looked hungover and was leaving up against the pillar when taking our order.

    We went there for my son's 12 birthday. It wasn't like a "kids" party but family friends. Everyone was well behaved and not like we were hard to manage as a group. Initial service took almost an hour; a gentlemen that was not with us had to get the manager to get things moving. As we sat there, we saw other tables getting started before us even though they were sat after us. The server forgot my son's birthday multiple times even after a few reminders. He spaced singing happy birthday and even forgot his dessert. After trying to talk to the manager on duty, most people had left, then the server showed up and tried to sing. Too little too late. It was awkward and I asked him to leave. The biggest issue is that no one would take responsibility for the subpar service and issues.

    Waiter kept getting everyone’s order wrong took over 40mins to get us first course. Chef showed at 820pm our reservation was at 7pm. Took away from someone’s first experience at a hibachi table.

    Absolutely above and beyond. Service was great and the food was probably the best I ever had.

    service was terrible. server never came around was too busy to be able to provide good service. then they added the tip to our bill, i would never have left that amount if a tip, (there were only 3 of us) very bad business.

    Expensive. Added fees. They didn’t give us everything that was on the meals we bought. Kind workers. Great company. Food was delish. Portion sizes were the smallest we’ve had at this kind of place.

    I’m a frequent eater at this restaurant chain we were visiting out of town and the food was the worst I’ve ever had at Benihana even the guest who sat with us who stated they lived there locally food was not good at all.. our chicken was served half done he put my steak on another persons plate the filet was horrible I asked for well done he gave it to me medium rare this was a nightmare. They took 2 hours to come out and cook our food the waiter was very very nice and tried to do his best but I won’t recommend this location to anyone

    Worst service ever. We expend More than 300 dls on food and the server was super rude. Only came to our table twice and when I asked him to correct the check, he even raised his voice. Didn’t worth the money at all.

    We got seated and weren’t offered a high chair or booster (we needed one of each). We had to ask for straws for our drinks (the other party sitting with us got straws). They brought the salad and soup out at the same time. Why would our 18 month old daughter get both? And why would our tube fed son get any food (we didn’t order any for him). On top of that, we weren’t given any time to finish our soup and salad before we started getting served the main entree. On top of that, they barely gave us any yum yum sauce! Half spoonfuls and had to keep asking for more. Time to get to go boxes? They ran out of regular size and only had small boxes.
