Bienvenue au Benihana, où vous vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres ! Installés autour d'une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous présentera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en prendrez plein la vue ! Il ne vous restera qu'à faire votre choix parmi la diversité de savoureux mets qui vous sont proposés (bœuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.) et à vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushi préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec leurs cocktails spéciaux. Venez prendre une pause lors de votre virée de magasinage au Mall of America et venez voir ce qui fait que Benihana est un incontournable du centre commercial. Rattrapez le temps perdu avec vos amis sur la terrasse située dans le centre commercial tout en profitant de l'un de leurs rouleaux de sushi ou d'un cocktail. They do not list beverage prices. $24.00 for a beer and my glass was covered with lipstick around the brim.

My recent experience at Benihana was extremely disappointing. My party of 4, including a toddler, waited over 45 minutes for our chef to arrive at our table. Once the chef finally arrived, the service did not improve. Our server failed to return to pick up our soup or salad bowls, leaving our table cluttered and unattended. To make matters worse, two members of our party did not receive the white rice that was supposed to accompany their meals. Additionally, instead of receiving the spicy chicken dish that was ordered, we were served teriyaki chicken. This mix-up only added to the frustration of our already lackluster dining experience. Overall, this was our first time bad dining experience at Benihana, and it was a complete disaster. The service was extremely poor, the food was not what we ordered, and the overall experience was far from enjoyable.

In the bar area service continues to be sporadic , but this time the food was lukewarm at best, even the soup if you can believe it.

We were charged a service fee and it is against Mn law to charge service fees as of January. We did let the server know, he said he only gets 6% service fee and it is corporate decision and was told manager left but yet we see the manager in the front. Also the server did not sing happy birthday to my wife, they were eager to get us out. At one point the server pretty much said he will give us 5 minutes to be done eating after the chef left. We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we had very poor experience. We also brought new people and they are world travelers and they couldn’t believe the poor experience they encounters. We gave away 10 gifts cards to your restaurant and with this experience we are wondering if we made a mistake by giving our family and friends gift cards to your restaurant. My wife had the most disappointing experience on her birthday,

The food was completely over peppered. all we could taste was the black pepper. service was mediocre. had to ask for straws, more ice, more refills etc. charged 20% service tip no matter what

Dinner was enjoyable no issues this evening. The manager working that night did a great job to see that we didn’t run into any problems like in the past dining experiences.

Terrible service. Server dropped plates on our shoes. Bones in our fried rice. Our chef didn’t speak to us and our server was unattentive.

A subpar experience, especially for the money. Costs here have gone up considerably which is less of a problem than the service we got. The server seemed overstressed dealing with another very large group and there was noticeable tension between him and the chef. Drinks were slow to arrive, even a soda took time to refill and my wife’s iced tea she had to ask multiple times for. The soup arrived while the fried rice was already cooking, the salad was well after. The Chef wasn’t much of a showsman with limited skill and it seemed like her tools were dull, the knife wasn’t going through smoothly.
