Waited nearly an hour to be seated for an 8pm reservation for my daughter’s 13 bday dinner. Good was ok and service was good but the late start turned into an even later dinner than expected.

Waited 40 minutes to be seated despite having a reservation. Multiple groups of people got seated before us, front desk ladies ignoring us. When we finally decided to go ask about wait time, they magically had a table ready as if they were making us wait on purpose. Super overhyped, food not that great

I celebrated my 50th birthday here with my family of 5. The food had no flavor and highly over priced for the small portion size. The chef had to go get more rice that caused the zucchini was mushy. My daughter had sever abdomen pain after eating. Everything was rushed we spend over $250 for a worst experience here. Never will I recommend this place. I felt so bad on my birthday after the bad experience and service here. Never again…Very disappointed!!!!

We've been going to Benihanas for many years for special occasions, the food & service are consistently good, but the prices are extremely high. The kids meals were $24-27!!!

It was horrible we’ve never had an experience here like that before my husband is hard working and the waitress denied my husband an order of noodles because she said he was a big boy and didn’t need any more food she kept snatching the plates away! Then over charged us for the bill when we had already asked for our meals when looking over the bill I was being charged for several things I did not order usually I always have left overs this time the cook was stingy with food we didn’t even get a good portion! Very disappointed !!!

Everything was great, the chef, the food, the service. However, I was disappointed that we went for my birthday and we didn’t get a birthday photo, like every other birthday. No mention of it at all. No one even asked to take our photo with our phone and it was too crazy to find someone to do it.

Food was good as always. Restaurant was packed with several birthdays, so people were enjoying their dinner. Wait staff kept our drinks topped off.

We went at 11 am and there was no one else sitting by the sushi bar- very slow. The waitress was pleasant but brought us the bill without asking if we wanted anything else, even after clearing the table of sauces before I was finished eating and gave back the ginger sauce only after I asked for it! The food was good, but the $17 pumpkin drink did not taste like pumpkin and came with an orange on it? Very pricy meal and drinks!
