Don’t order sushi!!! The hot sauce was basically ketchup on some disgusting pre-frozen fried shrimp

We are hibachi fans and this was probably our worst experience ever. To begin our reservation was 6:45 PM and we were not served nor did they begin to start taking our order until 7:45 PM. My partner is pescatarian so we made mention that he does not eat chicken and wanted to sub the chicken For shrimp fried rice. However, the cook mixed all the chicken into the rice and when we said something about it, he then started to pick out the chicken from the rice of course that was not acceptable and let him know that he would have to remake the rice to only shrimp fried rice, the food was poorly seasoned, and the portions are very small for the cost. Overall, we will never go to a Benihana again. Cook tried to perform however, none of his skills were up to par. None of the tricks were entertaining, but that’s probably due to his personality, this may not be the best position for him.

the meal was excellent, the steak and shrimp was grilled to perfection. perfect setting for a family dinner. i definitely have noticed the rise in the menu item prices.

Wish they didn’t seat you so close to others, but I understand why they do it. Other than that, I love this place.

The food had a old taste and everything from the chicken, steak, noodles and rice all tasted the same.

I’m not all my years I have never had so fan the smoke off myself and baby! The ventilators were either not on or working and management could clearly see me fanning it away from us and did nothing.
