Bienvenue au Benihana où vous allez vivre une expérience culinaire inédite ! Vous serez assis en groupe autour d'un chef personnel maîtrisant l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef préparera sous vos yeux de délicieux steaks et de tendres volailles ou de succulents fruits de mer, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux, et des cocktails originaux. Le Benihana Las Colinas est idéalement situé à proximité de l'autoroute John Carpenter, du Macarthur Blvd, de l'aéroport international de Dallas-Fort Worth et de nombreux hôtels. Le centre de conventions et palais de congrès d'Irving est à quelques minutes. La salle à manger est équipée de 18 tables teppanyakis où les chefs vous entonneront avec de spectaculaires démonstrations culinaires. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for having reservations and still being seated an hour later. Place was packed and they said everyone had reservations, not sure how true that was and if it was true, why would they overbook! Overall though the food was amazing as always and our chef was super nice and funny!

Only issue was they were running about an hour behind on reservations. But considering it’s was NYE - I understand. They were very full!! Great company and service and food!

Arrived with 8 people for a 6:30 reservation. Tod they were 45 minutes behind. No place to sit. All seats full. Bar full. It was a mess. Seated at 7:30. Dinner was great. Food and service outstanding. Sad it started so badly and so late.

The fried rice was not the best that I’ve had here, and they did not offer us our ice cream.

Just ok experience. Restaurant is dated and needs some maintenance and love. Our server was new and nice but the service was slow, they forgot one of the kids’ meals, and overcharged us after not applying a birthday certificate. He offered a gift card but we didn’t plan to come back and the manager was able to adjust. Despite forgetting the kids meal and only bringing it out after everyone was done, we were still charged for it. He initially said he was taking it off but then never did. Far from the kind of experience I expected with a $300 total for five people.

We made a reservation online. They seated us within 10 minutes. The service was awesome. The food was very tasty and awesome very entertaining. We go once a year to celebrate my birthday and our daughter‘s birthday.
