Bienvenue au Benihana où vous allez vivre une expérience culinaire inédite ! Vous serez assis en groupe autour d'un chef personnel maîtrisant l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef préparera sous vos yeux de délicieux steaks et de tendres volailles ou de succulents fruits de mer, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux, et des cocktails originaux. Le Benihana Las Colinas est idéalement situé à proximité de l'autoroute John Carpenter, du Macarthur Blvd, de l'aéroport international de Dallas-Fort Worth et de nombreux hôtels. Le centre de conventions et palais de congrès d'Irving est à quelques minutes. Was not very great compared to other Benihana’s I’ve been too. It was even my birthday tonight and no extra efforts from the staff.

Service was wonderful!! Price was high for the quality of food you get (I would get seafood or steak, the chicken was kind of meh) Lots of birthday celebrations the night we were there so it was very noisy and difficult to have any conversation at the table.

I’ve been to Benihana several times so I’m not sure what happened here last night but it was such terrible service. We were 5 people with two kids. The front desk asked us if we needed a high chair, kids menu etc. I said yes, but we were placed in a table with a family of 4 and it was very crowded. They did not have a high chair ready, I asked the guy who sat us once again for a high chair, he disappeared and never came back. My mom happened to see some down the hall and had to go grab one herself. We were already very very crowded. There was not a plate or utensils for our 5th member let alone space for her. When the waitress came to take drink orders we let her know we still needed our kids menus. When she came back with the drinks she didn’t not have the kids menus still and asked if we were ready to order. I had to interrupt her to ask her for the menus again bc how can we order if we don’t have the kids menus and she asked if we had told the front desk and I said yes. She proceeded to take the other family’s order, then came back after to drop off the menus. She never gave us straws for the kids drinks or even ours. The family next to us was VERY particular about their orders yet they got all of their stuff correct and on time. But could not get us simple menus or high chairs. It was such horrible service from start to finish, we figured this is expensive food for a family of 5 and we were not already enjoying the experience, we didn’t want to waste our money so we ended up leaving.

The wait staff was slow and an entire meal was forgotten. I had to ask for soup 4 times. The chef was excellent showman and food was good!!

Made reservations at 8 and didn't get a tabel till 8:30 and cook didn't come to are tabel till around 9:15 cook finish cook around 10ish cook was funny did like that the the waitress never checked on us and did go for my bday and she only asked the people next to us if we're they there for a reason so that sucked.didnt end up leaving till around 1030ish.

We had a great time. Our server and cook were great. However the people who were at the table with us were constantly talking on the phone, wearing pajamas, and other clothing that was not a part of the dress code. We went to celebrate our anniversary and the people at our table made the experience less fun and fancy as it was intended to be. I have been to other locations where the dress code was adhered to and will not come back to this one due to that.
