Bienvenue au Benihana où vous allez vivre une expérience culinaire inédite ! Vous serez assis en groupe autour d'un chef personnel maîtrisant l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef préparera sous vos yeux de délicieux steaks et de tendres volailles ou de succulents fruits de mer, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux, et des cocktails originaux. Le Benihana Las Colinas est idéalement situé à proximité de l'autoroute John Carpenter, du Macarthur Blvd, de l'aéroport international de Dallas-Fort Worth et de nombreux hôtels. Le centre de conventions et palais de congrès d'Irving est à quelques minutes. La salle à manger est équipée de 18 tables teppanyakis où les chefs vous entonneront avec de spectaculaires démonstrations culinaires. Just ok experience. Restaurant is dated and needs some maintenance and love. Our server was new and nice but the service was slow, they forgot one of the kids’ meals, and overcharged us after not applying a birthday certificate. He offered a gift card but we didn’t plan to come back and the manager was able to adjust. Despite forgetting the kids meal and only bringing it out after everyone was done, we were still charged for it. He initially said he was taking it off but then never did. Far from the kind of experience I expected with a $300 total for five people.

We made a reservation online. They seated us within 10 minutes. The service was awesome. The food was very tasty and awesome very entertaining. We go once a year to celebrate my birthday and our daughter‘s birthday.

I actually ate lunch on the quiet side instead of the hibachi side. The food was delicious , waitress was nice n it was peaceful n quiet

Great Experience. Booked online for a birthday party of 10 people. Went on a Saturday night. They were busy. We were seated on time for our reservation. The Chef Lou made the time and Experience the Best.

It was my boyfriends birthday. And I planned his whole day, so it was very important to me that he enjoy his day. Every single staff member that I encountered were so kind and customer based. They attended to all of our needs, and the show was great! Jake was the absolute best! He was very friendly, he helped us with a lot of request with a smiling face and even took some really great pictures of us. He was completely Awesome! Somebody give this man a raise! lol Thanks team y’all really made it special and I wholeheartedly appreciate that! I definitely will be back to this location!

Went here to celebrate bday like we have been doing for at least 24 years (not always at this locstion). Was really disappointed in food, service and just overall experience. Food was bland and they now give smaller portions. Sad thing have to pay $7 extra for fried rice and bowl was not even full. Onions were not peeled/cooked properly. Once seated we had to wait for over 1 hrs for cook to come out to start cooking. Not sure if i will continue to come back for any more celebrating. Pricing has gotten ridiculous especially now for portion size.

Had reservation for 8 pm didn’t get seated until 8:45 pm. Ordered a Las Vegas Roll came out cold had to send it back for a fresh one. Server was not attentive to table did not bring out salad or come back to see if anyone needed anything. Chef came out at 9:30 pm food wasn’t ready until after 10 pm even though we had reservation. One of my worst encounter with Benihana at this location will be a while before I come back.

We made 5:00 reservations for Christmas Day, showed up a bit early to be able to check in. I am glad we did as we had to circle the parking lot for about 15 minutes before finding somewhere to park. Once we checked in, was told they were running a little behind. About 10 minutes past our reservation time, checked again at the front desk and was told it would probably be another 45 minutes as there were “quite a few tables ahead of us”. Once our table was finally ready - luckily only 30 minutes later, we were squished at a table clearly not meant to fit 9 people (my son couldn’t even move his chair close enough to the table to reach). We had to ask for another chair to accommodate all the people assigned to our table (I had already overheard the wait staff mention they were running out of chairs in the dining room). The food was delicious as usual, but felt like the “show” was definitely rushed. I feel bad for the service staff as they were just trying to keep up. Maybe next time - don’t overbook the restaurant.

I booked a reservation for dinner for Christmas as I’ve done every time I have dined at Benihana and I have dined with them before on Christmas and on Thanksgiving and this was the worst experience ever. I arrived at 3:55 for my 4:00 reservation and was told “sorry for the inconvenience but it will be about an hour and a half” I have never heard about there being a long wait with a reservation. Then when we finally got seated it was as if we were rushed to get us in and out. I asked what would be done to accommodate the inconvenience only to have $20 taken off our bill. I usually always enjoy having dinner at Benihana but it will probably be a long time before I go back if ever.
