Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel s'adonnera devant vous à l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, il élaborera devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushi préparés par un chef talentueux et des cocktails maison. Le Benihana Indianapolis est situé sur Keystone Passage Road, juste derrière le Fashion Mall. Il propose une banzai hour, du lundi au jeudi de 17h00 à 19h00 et le vendredi de 16h00 à 19h00. Profitez de nigiris frais, de sashimis spéciaux, de makis et d'entrées chaudes ou froides. Du lundi au jeudi, le Benihana rouvre pour le souper et la banzai hour à 17h00.

I have not been to this location in about 10 yrs. Food quality was not good. Sushi rolls were not fresh. The location seemed a little ran down. Very disappointing.

We had the pleasure of being at the table alone, so the chef prepared food just for us. It was, in all honesty, one of the best meals we've ever had a Benihana. My scallops and my husband's chateaubriand were cooked to perfection. And our server was attentive and very kind.

We went for my grandson’s birthday, made reservations for 6 pm got seated at 6:15. Our Hibachi cook was a hispanic woman who spoke very little English, no show, no smile, just cooked. She over-seasoned the food with salt and pepper. Waitress never came back for refills. There were lots of birthday’s being celebrated and I asked for the to celebrate my grandson. No one ever came over and even acknowledged him. Finally we ended up sitting for 10 minutes after we were finished because the waitress never brought our bill. When we left I asked to speak to the manager, she said the hibachi cook was new and so we should give her grace because they are hard to find. She then asked who our waitress was, and said she would address the celebration not taking place. $200 for a birthday meal for 3 people , no alcohol, bad service, uncaring management , certainly will never go back or recommend to anyone else. Don’t waste your $$$$!

It was just ok. Food was good, but the ambience wasn't great. It was loud. It needs to be updated. It also didn't feel super clean. Was not overly impressed and will not go back.

We had not been to Benihana in over 10 years. Our normal hibachi place closer to home closed so we decided to go back. It was my wife’s birthday and we had our two children with us. Our reservation was at 6 and we were seated quickly. Once seated, we sat until almost 7 before we received drinks and soups/salads. It seems we did not have a dedicated server for our table. We were checked in on maybe once during the meal and then we did not see another server the rest of the meal. I ended up having to go to the host stand to ask for the tables bill and to go boxes. The food was underwhelming and my steak seemed like a very cheap cut. My kids didn’t receive their ice cream that was supposed to be included with their meal and my wife’s birthday was not even acknowledged by any staff member. I had put a note in the reservation that we were there celebrating her birthday. The other couple at our table refused to leave a tip because the experience was so horrendous, and I am kicking myself for leaving a tip at all. Benihana seems to not be what it once was and we will definitely not be returning.
