Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel s'adonnera devant vous à l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, il élaborera devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushi préparés par un chef talentueux et des cocktails maison. Le Benihana Indianapolis est situé sur Keystone Passage Road, juste derrière le Fashion Mall. Il propose une banzai hour, du lundi au jeudi de 17h00 à 19h00 et le vendredi de 16h00 à 19h00. Profitez de nigiris frais, de sashimis spéciaux, de makis et d'entrées chaudes ou froides. Du lundi au jeudi, le Benihana rouvre pour le souper et la banzai hour à 17h00.

A fabulous meal. Liam was beyond a fabulous chef. His food was excellent. Presentation excellent. I cannot give a high enough rating it was so good. I had the terriyaki chicken and loved it. Fried rice perfect. I will be back for sure.

We have been loyal customers for 25 plus years. Every Birthday, special occasion, this was our spot. This place is a dump, dirty, greasy and run down. The outside has weeds 5 feet tall growing everywhere, the inside isn't much better. We just visited the Benihana in Las Vegas two months ago and it was fantastic. This place needs new management and someone from corporate to come and fix this place or it will be closed soon.

I had to ask the chef to clean the grill, it was old food on it and he act like he didn’t want to. The waitress kept reaching over me to give other guest their drinks and food. I asked her could she please walk around and she got an attitude. The food wasn’t good, the restaurant was dirty. Not worth the money.

Steaks were not cooked as requested, too much black pepper used (patrons even had to request no pepper), food was provided out of order (some had full main entrees before appetizer shrimp was provided); soup was not hot; no green tea served (noted as one of the courses on main menu list. You get what you get at chains like this. Not traditional Japanese, but protein quality is excellent, staff are friendly... but feels like a bit of a machine. Great please to take guests and be entertained by the chefs. Not enough vegetables on the hibachi though....
