Our hostess was awesome times awesome! She had a great personality and very engaging trying to get my husband to smile on his birthday and place his order. Our chef was hilarious and very kind. I would have loved if he had done the full performance of fire on the stove top as I wanted my husband to have the full on experience and he did not. I think he was discouraged because it was only us two instead of a crowd as he made a remark its only the two of us. I feel he should have still given us the full on experience as that is what I looked forward to the most. As a tip, no matter how small the crowd make it a full on experience one would not forget just as you would if the table was full.

We have NEVER had a bad experience at Benihana’s anywhere in the USA. Fort Lauderdale is no different. KAMAL, our chef was absolutely incredible. The service the waiters were just exceptional. And the food, hands-down, the best. I can’t say enough about the fun time and the atmosphere that we always have at Benihana‘s for over 40+ years, thank you!

This is a great location with good views depending on where they sit you. The manager was fantastic at this location and really worked hard to pick up the slack for the fact that they are understaffed. The cook was a bit more rushed than usual and some of the food was under seasoned but overall we still enjoyed the meal and will back as it is one of our favorite hibachi meals. Make sure to sign up for the birthday promotion $30 in savings is a very good deal.

The chef and food was good but service was mediocre. Maybe it was just my service this visit but it was how it should have been especially when the servers around us were going above and beyond. She didn't even bring our ice cream out had to ask for it on the way out. Disappointing because it wasn't cheap and we tip well.
