Awful. Had 8:15 reservations and we waited until 9:05pm to get up and finally leave. They had sat another table 20 minutes after we were seated- and they got drinks and service and a chef cooking AFTER us. We asked for a manager who insisted someone was coming. We saw ANOTHER TABLE get seated and served- we were still waiting. At 9:05pm I had enough and walked out, the entire table followed. Paid for drinks- didn’t offer discount for our wait. Extremely rude and unprofessional manager and staff. Never will go back again.

The dinner was ok nothing extraordinary. I must say what ever they do to their salad dressing need to be in all locations.

This was my first time visiting, and I was disappointed. The quality of the meat was lacking, and the flavors were uninteresting, especially for such a high-priced fixed menu. After a while, everything started to taste the same. The vegetables were overly greasy and oily, making them unpalatable. I also want to warn others about their happy hour. Although they advertised it, they charged me full price when I ordered drinks. When I received the check, I was shocked to see $96 for just six drinks during happy hour. I will not be returning.

I made a reservation for my son’s 15th birthday and notified them ahead of time that it was a birthday. The chef that we had could care less. Not very interactive entertaining , or engaging. My understanding is that’s what people go to a Hibachi for…not necessarily the food. I told the manager I wasn’t happy and all he said was they give the chef’s free range to do whatever they want. Not really sure how that addressed my dissatisfaction. I have been to other locations and have a had a much better experience and it wasn’t even for a birthday. For a $500 bill I think deserved more attention paid to my dissatisfaction but that’s not what I got.

Reservation process was super easy. There were several LARGE parties which may have overwhelmed the staff. They tried their best. The service was slow, but the managers ensured that everyone was content with their meals. I've never had an issue at this location before; so, I'm sure it was just an "off" day. I will dine a Benihana again.

Our hostess was awesome times awesome! She had a great personality and very engaging trying to get my husband to smile on his birthday and place his order. Our chef was hilarious and very kind. I would have loved if he had done the full performance of fire on the stove top as I wanted my husband to have the full on experience and he did not. I think he was discouraged because it was only us two instead of a crowd as he made a remark its only the two of us. I feel he should have still given us the full on experience as that is what I looked forward to the most. As a tip, no matter how small the crowd make it a full on experience one would not forget just as you would if the table was full.
