Benihana used to be top tier...I see that, that has changed significantly. The prices have increased alot but the value and taste of the food has gone down...The food was super Bland...I hadn't been to Benihana in a few years and it was my favorite restaurant. After last night? I will probably not be back.

My food was very dry and my chicken was not done it was still kinda raw and the cook barely used any garlic butter. I’ve always come to this location but this last time the experience was very bad.

We waited at our table 50 minutes before getting a hello from our server. Chef didn’t prepare my filet as requested even after telling him several times. I have a sesame seed allergy and the chef found humor in placing the container of sesame seeds in front of me. Unfortunate! Especially considering this chef has been around for decades. Entire experience was over 2 hours mainly just waiting. The manager did comp the entire table on their bill after I mentioned the slow service. When leaving I mentioned how the chef treated me and the manager offered a free filet on next visit. The experience had my anxiety high. Not certain I want to return.

Unfortunately our server was not very attentive, very rarely coming back. I ordered drinks that never made it to the table and with it being our first experience, was not very informative on the menu.

This was the worst experience I have ever had a restaurant. We waited and hour and 30 minutes before our food was even cooked. people that came after us were getting their meals before us. A nice gentleman at our table asked to speak to the manager twice and the manager acted annoyed by us and said he would give a discount of 1/2 off and it turned out to be like 10% off. We should have walked out. It was my first time and I will never go back!

Well chef was nice but very slow . Didn’t cut onions or steak in smaller pieces Did not have a knife to cut with !! Took most home And prices are raised again ! Wow 7.00 xtra for CFRice ! Ok Tasted good though Average family of 4 could not afford

Can't believe the horrible meal we endured. If it wasn't for the " $30 off / Birthday meal" promotion We would have walked away from this nightmare. It started with the two tables next to ours. Apparently two tables but same party. It was mc'd by drunk Grandma alot of screaming and crying babies a few teenagers (babysitting ? ) and some brain dead moms. They consumed what little staff was available. 10 people seated at our table with 1 waitress. Managers were constantly at our table and promised compensation for meal. Not sure if the toilets are still backed up on their reputation.

Our cook Amar was great, entertaining and active with the whole table. Food was great, drinks were amazing. All in all a great experience, the whole family had a wonderful time.

The chef Oscar never did give me my colossal shrimp that was apart of my meal I ordered a Trio and Rocks choice. It was my mom’s birthday dinner and the experience what terrible as he wouldn’t cook her food as requested making up a rule that even the manager wasn’t aware of. The manager was clueless and pretty much not helpful. The waitress was the only positive experience as she was great. How do you keep apart of my dish after refusing to cook the birthday girls food how she has gotten it for over 10 yrs. Service by far the worse we have ever experienced at any of the locations we been to and someone should be accountable for this poor service. Most of all food was lack luster in favor.
