The chef at the table, while nice, wasn't the showmen they had in the past. More importantly, they over salt everything. Once we saw this we were able to at least salvage the meat portion of our dinner by specifying not to add salt.

We had a reservation but still didn't eat for about an hour. We had a great server but the wait was ridiculous! We go here often and have never had to wait this long.

The waitress was very responsive and accommodating. The food was very flavorful. The steak was cooked to my specifications, and the shrimp was very tasty. However, the soup could have been warmer. Overall, it was a great experience.

Must have been understaffed. We had reservations at 6. We were seated at about 6:20 and then we didn’t actually eat anything till 7 and our hibachi didn’t start till 7:15. The table next to us had two parties leave because they were waiting so long and there was only one waitress. Also chef was a bit heavy handed with the black pepper and it overpowered many of the flavors

We came to Bennihana to celebrate my nieces birthday tonight. We made a reservation and were sat almost immediately after checking in. Our waitress was extremely friendly & very attentive. Our chef was a lot of fun to watch and very accommodating to our requests. Overall we had a fantastic experience tonight and look forward to coming back again.

Benihana charges for every little thing. Kind of disappointing. Also, make sure you print your birthday certificate. They will not accept it over your phone, even though I called beforehand and they said they would. Manager told me to go to CVS instead of helping.

We had a 930pm Monday reservation...felt like a a personal date night, as we were solo at hibachi setting. Server and cook made the evening extraordinary for us. Needless to day, they were tipped additional :-)

Not impressed with the cook. Chicken fried rice had hard rice and chewy chicken. The chicken entree had way too much pepper. Disappointing visit. Certainly not worth the money.
