Bienvenue au Benihana, vous y vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Assis à une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous livrera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en aurez plein la vue! Il vous restera à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des savoureux mets proposés (bœuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.) et vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous délecter de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec un cocktail de spécialité. Situé au cœur de la vallée de San Fernando, le Benihana Encino a été le lieu de nombreuses productions télévisuelles et cinématographiques, notamment The Office, 40 ans et encore puceau et bien d'autres. Ce restaurant est un favori local de plusieurs célébrités : on ne sait jamais qui pourrait être assis au gril teppanyaki à vos côtés. Benihana Encino was amazing! From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive and welcoming. The chef put on an impressive show and cooked our food to absolute perfection – everything was seasoned beautifully, fresh, and piping hot. We loved every bite, from the perfectly cooked steak to the fried rice and flavorful veggies. The check was also surprisingly reasonable, considering the quality and experience. It was such a fun and memorable meal, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic dinner with a little extra flair!

Food is tasty, and the show is nice. The sitting is very tightly with strangers, the restaurant squeezes 7 people into tables for 6. Tables are very close to each other and chef's food carts cannot move in between unless customers move their chairs in and out. Price is average to the concept.

Birthday took my father and mother. Ordered a combo dinner and added a seaweed salad on the side. After the soup I was wondering where it was but got the regular salad. Ok was expecting it to come on the same time. The fried rice was being served and I had to ask where it was. Then towards the end of the meal came the green tea. Wish it came with the meal but ice cream was at the end after a long wait. 1/2 the table had left. Is the tea to be drank with the ice cream?

Food was very good and our chef Eugene was spectacular. This was the best experience with food eating at the restaurant in a long time. One piece of constructive criticism is the pack you in like rats. No pun intended. The bill was expensive but I’m glad we went.

We waited 45 minutes to be seated with a reservation. Once we were seated the waitstaff and chef were great… I was happily surprised by this because I noticed other tables waiting a very long time to be served. Hunter, our chef, was great. The prices increased by a lot since last year, and I’m not sure the value is there. I don’t remember them charging an extra $7.50 for fried rice previously, which definitely feels excessive. Overall the food was good, but I’m not sure it’s worth the money.
