Bienvenue au Benihana, vous y vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Assis à une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous livrera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en aurez plein la vue! Situé au cœur de la vallée de San Fernando, le Benihana Encino a été le lieu de nombreuses productions télévisuelles et cinématographiques, notamment The Office, 40 ans et encore puceau et bien d'autres. The girl in the front desk was rude but besides that everything was delicious. Our server was amazing, friendly and nice. Juan the cook was outstanding. The food was great and my family enjoyed it. Thank you will definitely be coming back soon.

We had a wonderful time experiencing the magic that is Benihana. Our server Tony was just incredible - attentive, kind, celebratory and seemed to love his job. He greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel like welcomed guests, not customers. He made food and drink suggestions and made sure we all had a great and relaxing time. Regie cooked our meal to perfection and entertained us along the way. Everyone at our communal table was happy and joyful. We can't wait to return and have another fantastic time!!

Good experience overall as usual and I rate the quality of food very high. This visit, the server was very slow with the drinks, never refilled, took too long with the dessert and we waited far too long for the bill.

The sushi shrimp was dry I had to swallow it it was like eating beef jerky

AMAZING SERVICE Through out! Excellent Tasty Food. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. 3 Adults, 3 Children should not have cost $500 Dollars. Although I did tip 22% But still very expensive.

I’ve had the pleasure of going to this establishment twice. Once for my birthday and this last time last night for my husbands birthday. This last time, I had a great waiter I just forgot his name and I feel bad because he provided good service. I also had Eugene provide a good show and cooked the food with flavor so thank you! I didn’t even need to add the yum yum sauce!
