Bienvenue au Benihana, vous y vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Assis à une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous livrera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en aurez plein la vue! Il vous restera à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des savoureux mets proposés (bœuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.) et vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous délecter de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec un cocktail de spécialité. Situé au cœur de la vallée de San Fernando, le Benihana Encino a été le lieu de nombreuses productions télévisuelles et cinématographiques, notamment The Office, 40 ans et encore puceau et bien d'autres. We love Benihanas! We usually have a wonderful experience unfortunately this time we were taken aback by the filthy floor and substandard service. We went on a busy night so I hate to leave a bad review but the restaurant also ran out of ice cream by 9pm. Additionally, our cook forgot to serve me rice and forgot to serve chicken to another party at our table. The floor should at least be cleaned in between parties. I hope to go back and have a better experience.

Our chef was fantastic: considerate and wonderful and funny. However, we had a reservation and still had to wait 50 minutes to be seated. We understand it’s a holiday but the wait was tough with three young kids. Our server seemed harried—she was very sweet but got orders wrong and forgot items altogether. Members of our party were given dirty forks. Fortunately, we weren’t charged for the missed items. So overall the food and chef were great, but the management clearly needs more servers for bigger holidays.

First time that I ordered the filet mignon and scallops where the filet was fatty. There were 4 pieces that I couldn’t even chew. The meal definitely wasn’t worth the price!

We had a reservation but had to wait. After waiting about 20 minutes, it took another 20 minutes for the chef/cook to get there. He was rushing through the meal, overcooked both steaks. We had one remade. We've been coming there for years even on a busy night this service was poor. Our actual server was great, the cook, not at all.

With a reservation the wait time was horrible. Reservation was for 7:15 did not get seated until 8:30. Lobby was crowded it felt as if they overbooked.

This was quite a disappointing experience. The only things that were okay were the soup and the ice cream. The salad was terrible, the main entry was not worth the money at all. The filet mignon had an aftertaste and lacked spices. The chicken was horrible, was not what was ordered, was overcooked and lacked in spices. The salmon lacked spices and was overcooked. Totally not worth the $190 we had to pay for. I would have had a much better meal at the Daily Grill for way less money. What a mistake this was.

Our reservation was at 8:45 PM. We still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The chicken had no flavor. It was extremely loud, not to mention when the front door kept opening all the wind kept entering the restaurant, and it was very uncomfortable.
