Bienvenue au Benihana, vous y vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Assis à une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous livrera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en aurez plein la vue! Please, please STOP MAKING SO MANY RESERVATIONS IN ONE NIGHT. The wait time for the reservation yesterday was horrendous! I always come here and try NEVER to MAKE RESERVATIONS AFTER 7 pm; last night, it was CRAZY PACKED. They had a party run over, but this was not the first time I had experienced longer than usual wait times at this location.

Went there for a birthday and had a great time. The whole table which included other families we didn’t know ended up talking and laughing. Cook was amazing, friendly, and talented. Stuff was attentive. Overall, a great time.

We had a 6:15 reservation for my son’s birthday. They sat us almost an hour late cause they overbooked the restaurant. It was mayhem - standing room only and a lot of upset customers. The manager didn’t care and said there was nothing he could do for anyone, rolled his eyes and walked away. When we were finally seated, the food was rushed and they kept trying to make us eat faster. Really made his birthday stressful and not fun. They didn’t even offer him a dessert or us a drink as an apology. Horrible management, very disappointed.

Rice was a little unflavored, didn’t taste fried enough. Chef didnt do as many tricks as others and noise around us was very loud. Food was mostly pretty good and we got super stuffed.

It is a nice experience but I looks with the time the service and quality has been going in the wrong direction servers don’t take the orders right and cleanings is not as used to be, our table has a residue that wasn’t clened before to cook the food.

Super crowded, the restaurant triple booked, and we had to wait for a long time until I complained. They finally gave us a table. Our cook was not very warm and cheerful. They got the order wrong and he gave us attitude!

The worse experience!! I had reservations from before and we get there 10min it’s before and first they say we don’t have reservations and then they apologize that they made a mistake and found our reservation. Then they said they’re running 25min late. But we didn’t get seated till 7in later!?! Why do they overbook or why didn’t u give us a heads up ?! We were very disappointed and our server was soo busy and overwhelmed that she barely came to our table! Horrible experience

We go to this Benihana's for the birthday party atmosphere and we get it. The food is always great - and is actually a lot for the money. The wait time and service was pretty bad though. It was a Saturday night, but we waited for 45 minutes for a table on a reservation we had made weeks before. The waitress was obviously overwhelmed and disappeared. Still - all in, food was good and spot on. We're patient when it's busy - but this was beyond the money.
