Vous pourrez également déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec un cocktail de spécialité. Benihana Dulles est situé au Dulles Town Center Mall, à côté de Haverty’s Furniture. Prenez une pause magasinage plus que nécessaire à Benihana, ou dégustez une boisson avant d'aller au cinéma pendant les Happy Hours dans le coin salon bar. Les Happy Hours vous sont proposés du lundi au vendredi de 16h00 à 19h00, avec des boissons spéciales et des entrées à partir de seulement 3 USD. Thought this would be a more upscale place with higher quality service and food for the price point. Food was okay although nothing to rave about and portion sizes were small. Reservation was easy to make online, but when we arrived at 5:30PM, the parking lot seemed empty and at first we weren't sure they were open. There weren't a lot of people there. There was one gentleman at our table who looked like he may have been waiting for a bit (we were a party of 4). The gentleman left and complained about something and seemed he was upset with the food quality or something. Our chef did not seem experienced - we felt kind of bad for her - the presentation was a little awkward (an egg almost hit one of members in our party - hit the floor instead) but we made the best of it and joked about it since we had just recently seen the movie "Beverly Hills Ninja" (Chris Farley).. anyway, this place is far too expensive for what they are offering. I know inflation has raised prices, but the expectation was the food and quality would match what we knew it would cost here, but for what we received, I would say the cost was 3-4x what it should have been. There are places in town we would have enjoyed far more than and for far less the price. It was food, so we aren't complaining, but the price did not match the quality/service.

The hibachi chef was good and engaging. Service for drinks and paying was subpar. Had to flag someone down to get refills for water and remind them to get tea. It looked like only one person was doing the checkout/billing.

For the price, we didn’t get the best experience. Not as much food as other hibachi places and the chef entertainment was not that great. Very underwhelming. But our server was fantastic. And the food didn’t taste bad. It was just waaaay more money than it should have been.

I have heard about Benihana’s and decided for my birthday this year I would give it a try. Let me first say my server was amazing!!! We drove over a hour for nothing honestly. The place is clean, the staff was amazing. The food was just okay not worth the drive or the hype.

We came here for mothers day and my sons birthday. We had a reservation. The hibachi chef was HORRIBLE. She had absolutely no interaction with all of us. She dropped nearly everything...I actually thought it was a joke at first but NO! She was not entertaining at all and I actually felt bad for her. She should not be working as a hibachi chef. Our food was ok. She didn't make enough rice for everyone so we had to wait to get rice for 1 person at our table. She made everything separately and was super slow so I actually was given a plate of onions. With nothing else. Just onions. Once we got to the main course the food was good tasting. I asked for rare and was served almost well done until I reminded her. She kept wiping off the grill with this NASTY rag after every course. So the nastiness on the rag was in my food. Then we get the check. LAUGHABLE. $20 for a beer. $60 for a carafe of wine that was only about 3 glasses. Overpriced, not entertaining and the food was just ok. Will NOT be going here again. I did meet with the manager who was friendly and gave us a discount and some $10 gift cards but I will still not return. Disappointed.

We go to all the Benihana’s in the US. This location needs a lot of help. Communication was a challenge. We ordered appetizers - 2 order of the shrimp and vegetables tempura. Our server thought we said two of each so we ended getting four orders. We were lucky to cxl 1 of the Shrimp tempura since only vegetable tempura’s came out first. We asked the chef to lighten up on the salt but she didn’t understand the request. She was very heavy on all the sauce and overcooked everything but the filet mignon. We were a party of eight celebrating Mother’s Day. Disappointed on the money that we spent.
