Bienvenue à Benihaba, ce restaurant qui vous propose une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Dans cet établissement, les clients sont rassemblés autour d'une table pour partager un moment de convivialité. Le chef expose son savoir-faire délivre ses astuces ! Vous en aurez pour votre vue ! L’art ancien japonais du Teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur une plaque chauffante) n’aura plus de secrets pour vous. Il vous restera à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des mets proposés (boeuf, poulet ou fruits de mer). Vous pourrez également déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec un cocktail de spécialité. Benihana Dulles est situé au Dulles Town Center Mall, à côté de Haverty’s Furniture. Prenez une pause magasinage plus que nécessaire à Benihana, ou dégustez une boisson avant d'aller au cinéma pendant les Happy Hours dans le coin salon bar. Les Happy Hours vous sont proposés du lundi au vendredi de 16h00 à 19h00, avec des boissons spéciales et des entrées à partir de seulement 3 USD. Joignez-vous à eux pour un dîner express du lundi au vendredi de 11h30 à 15h00, et profitez de vos plats favoris du Benihana servis frais et dans la moitié du temps habituel.

I’m absolutely shocked at how far this restaurant has fallen. What used to be a go-to spot for a great night out has completely fallen apart. Our New Year’s Eve dinner was supposed to be memorable, and it was—but for all the wrong reasons. Let’s start with the food. The filet mignon? Fatty and riddled with gristle, it was more like something you’d find at a questionable buffet than a premium steakhouse like Benihana. The chicken tasted like a rubber tire—overcooked and dry. And the shrimp? Truly inedible. It had the texture of an old sponge and a taste that made me question if it had been sitting in the freezer since last year. The chefs? Well if you’re expecting the lively hibachi experience—flames, jokes, onion volcanoes—you’ll be sorely disappointed. Our chef seemed lost. There was no energy, no show, and at one point, he actually mixed up orders and looked confused about what he was cooking. Looking around it seemed the same at other tables (no shows / no energy). The prices? 17.50 for a can Sapporo beer! Yes, you read that right—seventeen dollars and fifty cents for a can of beer you can get at the grocery store for a fraction of that. It’s truly baffling how this place is still in business. Between the atrocious food, lackluster service, and absurd prices, it feels like they’re coasting on their past reputation. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs. Never again, Benihana. Spent 375 including tip. Entire experience was just flat out terrible. Management should be ashamed.

Regrettably, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Benihana. I've frequented this restaurant around the US for the past 30 years and don't ever recall an experience such as this. The cook coughed the entire time while preparing our meal and he was totally inexperienced in preparing our meal. The waiter's service sort of made up for the less than stellar meal that was prepared for my family and me.

I was expecting the impressive Benihana experience that I had heard about. Our waiter was great and personable, but our chef appeared to be a trainee. She dropped her utensils several times, overcooked the lobster, and did not put on a show of any kind. I ordered the wagyu for my wife and the wagyu was absolutely terrible quality meat, it had the marbling of a “select” ribeye, which is to say, none at all. I’m not willing to say for sure it was not Wagyu, but let me put it this way: I have ordered Wagyu both at restaurants and at home. This was either the Wagyu reject pile or not Wagyu at all. All in all, I have had better experiences and better food at Japanese steakhouses in stop malls at 1/3rd the price. Really disappointing and based on this experience, I would never go back.

For Christmas and its busyness, it was very good. As always the Benihana experience is great. A wonderful presentation of great food.

Christmas Eve Dinner was tasty but Benihana was short on staff. We did not get drink refills and had to ask three times. Two of our party did not get their rice until the meal was over. Again we asked for our rice three times.
