Bienvenue au Benihana où vous allez vivre une expérience culinaire inédite ! Assis en groupe autour d'une table commune, votre chef personnel vous fera découvrir l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Very disappointing. Went out to celebrate a friend’s wedding anniversary. Chose Benihana because it was a midway point between our homes but should have driven farther. The service was terrible - waited 15 minutes for our pre-dinner drinks and no, the bartender wasn’t busy. Edamame appetizer arrived after our first course was served and it wasn’t the spicy version we ordered. We asked for water twice before getting it and then only for three of us. The sushi roll rice was too brittle to eat, had to pick the filling out. The teriyaki steak was tough and chewy, the tofu bland, the soup a watery broth, the salad basic chopped iceberg. Decor is functional, better suited to a takeout joint. Do not waste your time and money here.

Our chef was an absolute blast! I believe his name was Phil? He was personable, funny and related to us all at the table. My two kids had never been before and had the time of their life! The food was fantastic, flavorful and cooked exactly as we requested. Our chef continued to check with everyone to see if we were satisfied while also making us laugh. Bartender made an awesome lemon drop too. All the employees we saw were friendly and greeted us with smiles. We will definitely be returning !

Food is always good here, but this time our service was very bad and the chef just seem to be going through the motions.

Chef did not introduce himself nor talk at all instead did to much instead trying to amuse himself by being or acting like circus instead of making food well or focus on cooking. Can tell brand new. Fried rice to salty & had a little plastic piece in it. Scallops under cooked inside & a little to cooked outside. Just not really impressed. Didn’t even song, just did not really impressed this time @ all was aight.
