I love Benihana I go all the time and u can even sign up to get a $30 birthday certificate I do it every year I just went for my birthday n i always get the shrimp n steak habahi me my family go to my grandkids n great grandkids love Benihana u gotta go.

We told our server that we had a birthday celebration and our server never even came over to celebrate her! Other tables were getting sang to and they never even came over to us! We also wanted our bill split and they didn’t split it and charged my card for the entire bill. We also felt very rushed and didn’t have a very good experience especially for the money that we paid for this experience!

Very enjoyable dinner. Food and service was great. The table chef was entertaining and served our group with a quality meal. Probably the best fried rice we have ever had. A little pricey but what isn’t these days.

The restaurant overbooked their dinner reservations x3 plus….. We go here often and have never seen so many people packed into the entry and bar. I understand they have been acquired by another group. Definitely need to fix that!

The staff is nice but this location was not a typical Benihana experience. I haven’t been to one in a couple of years so I was surprised the sauces were not palatable anymore. I was also shocked that even ordering a $58 meal we had to pay $7 for fried rice. They didn’t even have $7 worth of food products cumulatively for the 4 of us that ordered it. It used to be standard offering. Anyway, $300 of 3 of us to eat was a bit excessive but at least they made a good drink.

The service was so poor I would be hard pressed to return. Drinks took close to thirty minutes to arrive, and the did so without glassware or a bottle opener. We had kids with us who were so hungry by the time the food finally started to arrive over an hour later. Order for food was incorrect. It was one child’s birthday and they didn’t even offer ice cream. I asked. They then served it with an unlit candle stuck in it. Server made a biting comment about how our kids got to eat there more than she did. Really disappointed.
